I cant say enough how relieved I was when the Simmons people responded to my AAA towing request. I thought my car would have to be towed to the dealer in Everett (Per the dealer, who couldnt help me troubleshoot my issue with the electronics). But the man who came to get my car discovered that it was, in fact, the battery. He got the car started, and installed a new battery -- on a Sunday! No dealer trip needed. He was competent, professional and helpful. Will go to these folks for repair and maintenance in the future. Very grateful to have such a quick and thorough solution on a weekend.

If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic look no further! Personally Ive had the best experience with Simmons; from auto repair to just picking up a few needed parts. The staff is so helpful and friendly; they genuinely like their jobs-you can tell! I would recommend them to anyone especially on South Whidbey. Great experience. They gave me a ride to my cabin while they worked on the car and worked with my normal mechanic to get a replacement alternator since my busted one was under warranty. Charged me a reasonable $120 for the alternator replacement. I recommend them.
