The elderly gentleman who "helped" me attempted too sell me the part I was looking for piece by piece, spoke down on me and suggested I "finish" taking apart the brake caliper I brought in to avoid a core fee in the parking lot. When I explained that I needed the entire drive side brake caliper in its entirety and I wouldnt be taking anything any further apart the ass hat suggested that I didnt know what I was talking about. When I provided him with the part number I was looking for and explained that I already called in prior to coming to ensure they had it he was absolutely flabbergasted that a lil ol gal had any knowledge of such things and promptly told me that the part wasnt available. Douche tried taking advantage of me and I can only assume its because hes not aware that ladies of my caliber not only work on our own vehicles but even sometimes know what the hell we are talking about.

The worst service EVER. I am small business owner who runs a detail shop I am constantly buying things and can not keep track of every receipt and without a receipt they wont return or exchange for me. You would think they could look it up since I give them my phone number every single time. And even still if all the stars align I have my receipt, id, unopened package, within their return date they will give u the worst attitude while reluctantly doing the exchange thats if they dont give u the excuse "come back tomorrow while my manager is working" or " you have to return it at the store u bought it at" everybody in there hates their job and it shows

I bought a starter here for my truck. Lasted 2 days and the bushing fell out of the nose cone and left me stranded. Returned it and they gave me a new one. It lasted 1 day and the bend drive spring broke, left me stranded again. I threw the part in the garbage where it belongs and went to a profesional parts distrubutor and bought one. No more getting stranded. Just the worst quality of parts. They should be ashamed of what they are selling.

Fellipe took the time answer and advise me about all the questions I had about my car. He even checked my transmission fluid for me! My husband is currently away with the military and with only a few minutes every few weeks to talk to him and no email, I do not want to waste that precious time talking about the car! Stood in line for maybe 10-12 minutes to get help finding a part I couldnt locate in the store. The store employee told me I could find it in aisle 5 and I replied that I had looked there but didnt see anything. I asked for the employee to help me find it on the shelf and the employee replied aisle 5. Gee thanks!

My experience with automatic zone here in Burien is that they are busy doing other stuff and youre left standing there waiting and waiting, I stood in line and was the only person in line and they took fone calls even though I had been standing there awhile..
