The grooming salon is great. The gals there take real good care of our dog when we bring him in for grooming. No complaints with the staff or services in the grooming salon. The retail sales floor just plain sucks. Here are the problems as I see them: 1. No sales people around (EVER). If you do find a sales person they are about to go on break and promise to get you help quickly. That help they promised you never comes. 2. If something is in a locked cabinet and you need to buy it, get your camping gear out because you will be waiting a long time for someone to show up with a key. 3. Sales people for the most part (see number 1) do not know the products. I found a few people working the fish section that psuedo-knew what they were doing and were marginally helpful, but it is hit or miss getting a sales person with such knowledge. With all this said folks will wonder why I shop here. I shop here because my other choice is Petco and their service and sales team is worse than PetSmart.

DO NOT USE THE BANFIELD HOSPITAL!!! Absolutely unprofessional! You can easily wait 2 hours with an appointment & forever if you dont. Theyll you that they take walk in, but dont be fooled. They only means if can sit around & whenever theres someone late or missed an appointment then the vet will see you. Theyll check you in & let you wait FOREVER! If you have time to sit around & absolutely have nothing better to do, then I guess this is the place for you. If you call them for a copay of the vaccination, theyll give you attitude first & tell you to hold (15mins) if youre lucky. Theyll make it sound like theyre doing you a HUGE favor by faxing over any record. I dont know about other location but this one suck!!!

This is a scam .. I took my dog here to get stitches on his left ear Jun 30th it cost me over six hundred dollars for a horrible job... I was told the stitches should be pulled out July 9th but before that time two of the stitches came undone SMHN poor job done on the stitching ... So I figured if I bring him back they would stitch him up again... Sure for another 600.00 dollars that I cannot afford so they send me home with the dogs ear ripped open.. What a waste of money.... If your dog is hurt or cut DO YOURSELF AND YOUR DOG A FAVOR .. DO NOT BRING HIM HERE ...store # 748 unless you want to be scammed for your money...SMHN

This store cannot/will not maintain stock of hills prescription I/D stew cat food. I count on them as this food requires a prescription and is the only food my cat can eat. I spoke to the store manager a couple of months ago, and he said he would correct, but I went again today and no stock. I had to drive 15 miles to get at another store. Im really disgusted, its ridiculous and theres no excuse to run out regularly as it doesnt quickly expire. Bad management.

Grooming salon attendant was recently accused of beating and abusing animals at the store. Accuser was fired by store in an attempt to squash the charges. This plays out like a horror story. And I have personally seen and complained of abuses with the animals they sell. Avoid this place at all costs!

Great selection for toys beds and food. I was disappointed with the leash selection as they didnt have any heavy braided leashes that I could find. Groomers are not very good my dog smelled worse when she got home and still had a lot of loose hair and her nails were longer than they should have been.

The groomers take great care of my two standard poodles. I bring them in dirty, with their hair all matted, and they save what they can and cut off the rest. They do a great job of saving as much hair as possible, so my poodles actually look like poodles when I pick them up!

I went here today to buy two Diamond Doves and the service was great. I was told everything I need to know and the people who work there really do a great job. They definitely wont scam you as they only try to find the best thing you can get and not the priciest.

Very helpful and they often have great deals. Lots of pet gear choices at decent prices. Their dog training is excellent and you can bundle classes to save on cost. They also have a rewards program to earn discounts. Fantastic place to shop for our puppy!

Ridiculous hours for cutting cats nails. They dont do it on Saturdays. Someone is available on Mondays to cut nails from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. At least someone picks up the phone in the grooming department, though.
