Most everything was so much better in quality, it was like they werent just putting out any piece of junk that came through the door like the last time I was in! I got a beautiful Vera Wang bag for just $50! I wanted to get more as it seems that they are putting more top quality out, but my husband has me on a tight leash for thrift stores, $75 a visit per pay period. Unfortunately I had already gone to the goodwill earlier that week, and I wish I had waited. They dont have the prices set for the type of stuff you are looking for(i.e. tanks, pants, skirts, shorts) like so many others do, but rather it is priced based on the item. Cheap jeans from wal-Mart $3 and calvins for $15, makes so much more sence than every jean 7.98 and better quality priced out of this world like good will! I was so excited about my new experience here until I checked out. They could use some serious help up there. I saw the hispanic girl and boy checking out thier friends and not even ringing up everything, rather just taking it off the hanger and pretending to key it in (no sounds when keying)!!! They were speaking in spanish and assumed that I didnt understand. They were talking about a new manager and that he was stupid and they wanted to try and get him fired, all the while giving merchandise away to thier friends!!!! There was a crazy looking woman that came up that had a tag that said "Night Manager", she was instructing the cashiers to keep track of the money so she knew what was available at night?!? Obviously not the new manager, I would go as far to say that they had some little thing going on!?! Idiots!!! this place has taken such a transformation that I am willing to come here from Round Rock every week, and if it is because of someone new in charge, then I think they must be a genious! I cant find anywhere to contact the company so I thought I would just post something here. I look forward to next paycheck so I can look at the shoes, clothes, and everything else (They even had 2 pair of 7 for all mankind jeans that looked brand new, but they werent the right size for Brad) !! I just hope they get new help, as when I got my change back the guy didnt count it back so I did (hearing what I heard of course!!) and I was $5 short! There is a sign on the door that says they are hiring, hopefully for the companies sake it is cashiers! None the less the deals are amazing the quality has improvised two fold over last time I was in. But please if you go, use your credit card and if you must use cash count your change!!!!!!! That is the only reason I didnt give it a perfect score, otherwise I think it might be coming up as one of the best in town, as long as they get the cashiers taken care of and maybe a little better organization ( The dresses are on the other side of the store?)

Aside from not having enough room to maneuver the carts through the aisles, I love this place! As most parents know, kids grow so quickly. I was tired of spending hundreds and hundred of dollars on toddler clothing just for them to be able to wear the clothes a handful of times, then I had to give them away. It becomes expensive and tiresome. My brother introduced me to this place a few years ago, and Ive bought nearly all of my clothes and my girls clothes here since. They have a wide array of nice, sometimes brand-new with original tags still on them clothing for all sexes and ages. I can go in there and get a weeks worth of clothing for myself, and both of my daughters for less than $100! Ive walked out of this place with really nice clothes and have spent so little money. It is astounding! The store is not as "clean" as Goodwill, but the selections, and the prices more than make up for it. I would definitely continue to shop here. Ive gotten many people "hooked" on it. If youre ever in Killeen, they have a REALLY nice on up there!

Hands down the BEST thrift store in Austin. i work around the corner in a corporate environment and yes i find most my clothes right here. i go at least twice a week bc it really is that good. the staff is friendly and I will shop there for as long as they are around! Everyday a different color tag is half off or 99 cents. If you are a senior citizen or student - 30% your total every tuesday. monday - all jewelry half off. 80% of my wardrobe came from here over the past 3 years ive lived in austin. brand names, workout clothes, furniture, house stuff, shoes - they have something for everyone. PS - on holidays most the store is half off. if you want AC that works perfectly and new clothes - go to a mall - and pay outrageous retail markup while you are there. if you are ok with washing clothes and looking for deals - this is the spot for real! ive converted many to share my obsession - TTS - you are awesome!!

Cracking up a little at some of the negative reviews of this place - smells weird? its crowded? didnt find the exact thing you went in looking for? Honestly it sounds like these people have never been to a thrift store. I think this place is great - so many thrift stores have suffered massive price inflation over the past few years, its nice to find one where you can still get some good deals. During my last trip i got a pair of designer jeans, a nice top, and a large picture frame for under $20, and they do daily specials all the time (the day I went all dresses were 50% off). I also had multiple associates ask if I needed help and everyone was really friendly. You will have to hunt, and it has the thrift shop funk, so if thats not your thing go to a regular store.

Worst customer service ever the employees and supervisor wouldnt speak English smh when I asked the employee the question she looked at me like I was crazy and didnt care to help. And they all speak English very well because I heard them speaking to other customers. I want a shirt that was $20 it has sequins and some of the sequel was falling off and it had a safety pin in the back in the back of the shirt in place of the button and it was holding it together and the supervisor would even allow me to get a discount on the item and then she tried to take it item out of my hand. I told her I wasnt done looking at it. I wont ever shop there again. I would rather go to savers where you get points and more discounts on your items

This is a pretty awesome place. Ive found some great tech items for a steal here. I picked up a 15" Dell LCD monitor for $6 here for use with a server. They also have a 40% off everything deal for students and seniors on Tuesdays that makes the deals even sweeter. I was actually astonished by how friendly and helpful the staff is here. Everyone is cheerful and glad to help. One caveat, dont stop by here unless you have a couple of hours to spend. Youll be looking for quite a while and expect to spend at least a half hour waiting in the checkout line. Normally, Id never approve. But hey, at these prices, I can wait!
