So I ended up going into this store just to look and ended up finding so many fun finds. So many unique pieces and the staff and management is so helpful. They make you feel so welcome and spent a long time calling other stores looking for one item they did not have to match the one I was purchasing. They located it for me! Talk about great effort and costumer service!!! Thank you Downeast Orem friends! That is not the first time I have purchased from this store...I will be back!!!! ❤

I did love the clothes that I found. But I was never greeted by anyone, never asked if I needed help. When I went to try on my clothes the worker looked at me and shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Im guessing because all the booths were full. Later when one was empty the worker was nowhere to be seen. I wasnt really impressed with the other worker that helped me check out he didnt make me feel good about my purchase.

I love this Downeast in Orem! So many styles and it covers everything from home to clothes. And everything is so cute, trendy, stylish, and affordable! Anyone looking to decorate or furnish their home should DEFINITELY look here. Also their clothes are way cute and things I normally cant afford! All the workers there are very nice and helpful. I never felt bothered or like I couldnt get help by them. Love this place!

My wife and I recently bought a mattress from here, and it has been nothing short of wonderful. I have been getting the best quality of sleep I have ever had. I highly recommend their mattresses. Its amazing what quality you get for the low prices they are selling them at. Its also backed by a 100 day garantee by the store, and a 25 year guarantee by the manufacturer. You seriously cant beat it.

I love DownEasts furniture selection! Everything they carry is so cute and also much more affordable than other places carrying similar furniture. I love shopping here always leave with way more than I anticipated. I cant help myself. The employees are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I went to pottery barn and bought a succulent terrarium and found at Downeast a week later for half the price. We also bought a Pottery Barn couch there that was a forth of the price originally. The service there exceptional and the employees did all that they possibly could to make sure we were taken care of! I will be returning frequently as we finish our starter home. THANK YOU!

This place has the cutest furniture and the most helpful employees. I have come in a few times and every time I do, I have a million questions to ask about several pieces of furniture. The employees are so helpful while answering questions and so patient to wait and walk around with me. They have great customer service, and cute furniture for a good price.

Today I wanted to purchase a rug. When I asked to purchase the rug at the register for the $499.99 tag price I was told no. Several employees told me that the listed price was wrong and they proceeded to raise the price to $699.99. This was a terrible shopping experience.

I recently purchased a shirt from this discount center that had two holes in the armpits I didnt notice until I was home. Downeast would not allow a refund just in-store credit. What!? They sold me a piece of garbage and I could not get a refund. Really?

Deals and steals typically abound. Incredible and friendly sales people. The manager is more knowable than at other Downeast stores which is helpful. The store could be a tad bit cleaner and organized, but it is an outlet.
