I have been there 4 times, and each time the customer service was worse. I wont be going back. The last time I was there the manager, or whatever she is, made disparaging remarks about Mexicans to the customer in front of me while I waited to check out. Today they were busy; there were 5 customers besides myself waiting for help. The younger gal behind the counter was helping 2 people design prints for their shirts and I realize this takes time. But she did not acknowledge that I was standing there. A quick "Ill be with you in a minute" would have gone a long way. The last straw was when the manager walked past me 3 times, ignoring me completely because, apparently, unpacking merchandise is more important than customers. I went to Old Navy for the tee shirt I needed and I wont be back.

At first, my sister & I loved this store. Were originally from Los Angeles, CA and this store reminded us of the LA swapmeets. But then one day, the front desk lady kept looking at my sister and kept following us. My sister was carrying around makeup that she was planning on buying. The front desk lady asked if she was going to buy it. My sister said yes. The lady then said something like, "Okay. Well hand it over and Ill keep it with me by the register until you are ready to buy." She thought we were going to steal the makeup. We just left after that. Im never coming here again and definitely not going to recommend this place to any of my friends.

The refund policy should be changed. If you havent worn the clothing and the tags are still on them you should be able to get your money back for the item and not a credit like at other clothing stores. It just makes you feel pressured to hurry and get in and find something before I end up losing the credit slip. Other than that you have good clothing at decent prices.

I like it, but I do think the Asian lady is rude!! Not friendly at all!! I try to go in there get what I need, pay and leave. This lady makes it kinda awkward to actually stay and look around, since she is just watching your every move!! Guessing that she thinks someone is going to steal something.

I absolutely love this store. Great quality products and more than fair pricing! Also they do custom printing for t shirts Ive got a few done here and they are always on point I have been shopping here since they opened.

I tried returning a pair of boots that had cosmetic issues I noticed as soon as I got them out of the box at home. She didnt accept the exchange because she said she wouldnt be able to sell it to someone else.

Pulled up at 8:40 and they turned their open sign off and the door was locked. The sign says they close at 9 but apparently its whenever they want.
