I have always liked TJ Maxx but this time the girl working at the register got annoyed with my multiple return really fast, and there was no one else in line. She was not very friendly and it was obvious that I was not welcome to do 3 returns at once. Then she had to call the manager Judy or Julie to approve a return that was over 30 days. You should have seen her annoyed face after she called the manager on the radio. The manager came over and immediately said they cant accept returns more than 30 days. That is such bull, I have done it more than once before. Why would the cashier said it requires the manager approval if you dont accept it at all? Ironically, I went to another TJ Maxx and returned the item for store credit (because it is over 30 days).

I shopped here from out of town. When I got home and was going over the receipt I found something fairly significant that was incorrect. Emily, a manager, went out of her way to rectify it, I appreciated her prompt attention, personal concern and professionalism. TJ Maxx remains one of my favorite places to shop and I will definitely come back to this one when Im in town again.

After looking for hours, my wife found a swimming top she liked, only to be told that she could not buy the top, because it was missing the bottom. We told them we would pay for both and only take the top, but we were told to come back later to see if they could find the bottoms to match. Their policy prohibited them from selling an incomplete item.

A great place to browse. The mens selection is more limited than the womens as far as apparel goes. The items in other areas of the store change all the time. I usually don’t buy much, but sometimes I find exactly what I’ve wanted and get a great price for it.

They usually have at least a few things we find that are a bargain. Most of the stuff is tacky or just not useful enough for us though. But it is fun to find the few items that are worth buying. Makes for a fun weekend time killer with the wife.

Cashier Feroza (Fefe) is one of the most horrible cashier. I had my receipt For an item and she wouldnt rerun it for me!!! I had to speak to a manager after. Never going there again.
