The ppl at this store are rude and have zero customer service skills!Says 10:00 closing but they lock the doors at 9:35.Not surwhat type of time piece they use but it doesnt mesh with the real world time! Courtesy booth staff stays in back you can wait 15 minutes before being acknowledged.Then they have no clue what to do if you ask for anything besides basic lottery and gift card purchase. Math is not even ate 2ND grade level. Do not attempt to give exact change unless they can put in the computer because you will give them a panic attack.Its almost comical if it wasnt so sad that ppl are that dependent on a computer.If it doesnt have an app outside their scope of knowledge.SMH SOO SAD!!!

This stop.shop was a good place to shop .Ive live in roslindale for 40 years.and never add any problems with the staffs.till now unfriendly staffs and managers.cashier use to be very good with the customers.but most of them are very rude and unfriendly like a cashier by the name of Lauren she is the cashier .who work at Popeyes that rude to customers.Spanish one and are back by her black coworker and manager

I always go to this Stop & Shop cause is close to my house, they always have what Im looiking for and the workers are very nice. Most of them know me cause I go often,especially the ones at the bakery. They know what I want already. Very friendly. They have good deals and specials. Everything is fresh. Definitely a great place to shop.

Great variety of things and clean. I was however dissatisfied with the state of their fresh herbs. I went to buy cilantro and there were only two bottom of the barrel bundles left. They were bruised and old. This to me is unacceptable.

Great selection on name brands and generic brands. The managers work very well with customers to meet their needs. It happened to me on a few occasions definitely would recommend this location

My go to place for groceries in Boston. You can find some really good sales on items. However, their seltzer section is mostly kind of limited (as opposed to other stop and shop locations)

SMALL, no fresh fish market, or meats, cant find many items and their stock is never the same. Not my first choice by far but in a pinch I will grab a few things

Need food? They got it! It may not be the best, but it is not the worst. They have a decent bakery section but double check the produce, not always 100%.
