This used to be my regular place to go when I lived in the area. It is still a fav, & when I am nearby I prefer it over others for the selection AND for the wonderful group of young & not-so-young staff who always treated me so kindly as a disabled woman. I have found it impossible to replicate in entitled suburbia. Luv u guys.

There is this pretty little black girl working behind the service desk. She makes going to Stop and Shop all the more wonderful. Her willingness to help and her energetic personality really help transform the Stop and Shop environment into one that is community-friendly.

The delli counter is beyong believe, unprofessional behavior, luck off attention to detail, and mindless conversation with each other(workers)... Can someone remind stop&shop their employees, customer dont want to hear your personal lives....not interesting enough.

Worst customer service!!! The lady that is working there today, January 1st 2017 is an unhappy and not helful woman. She shouldnt be working at the customer service counter. She doesnt know how to treat the customers with respect. Not happy with her bad service.

Ours a grocery store. Ladies restroom is further than mens? Couldnt find some of the items I came for. Didnt have some other items? Self check out kept stopping!? But because its the only grocery what choice do I have!?

I love the s&s in chelsea. I dont think there prices are high and lets say this mb is down the street check out sales in both go to one then the other this way you truly save... Less headache at s&s.

Very expensive compared to market basket. New pest control company took over the work in store two years ago and the rodent issue is completely gone. Only go to store if market basket is too crowded.

Standard grocery store. Fish department is severely lacking (almost non-existent). Produce offerings could be more varied. Meat section and bakery are good.

Very crowded parking lot, once you get in youll find some idiotic customers, other then that it does have many good things in it
