I love this location! My friend from down South will come up here because this location is that good. It does close earlier than the regular shopping mall on the weekdays. I love that you can drive up and park right where you want to go. There is little fuss in getting a parking spot here. There are spots that are a tight squeeze but there are a ton of other options. The people here are super nice and helpful. I love working with Brooke and Travis. They both are super helpful. Brooke has the best recommendations and her work is amazing! I love the Kat Von D line, the eyeliner is the best. They carry such grant lines here that this is a must go to place for beauty cosmetics. I love the Fresh line for lip balm/lipstick. The VIB program is nice for the most part. They offer discounts throughout the year and then you get points and collect on some sample items. Some of the samples arent as good as others but you can always save them up for other options. I really like the Birthday gift though! Always something great! This is my favorite place to shop for cosmetics I would go here before I went anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this place to whomever is looking for new makeup solutions.

NISA was incredible!!! When I walked in, there were no available spots for a custom makeover (of course, it was a Saturday). When I explained my need to have one on one time with an experienced associate, Nisa, asked her manager if it was okay to help me and make an exception for a custom makeover. Lucky me, as it turned out, there was at least one canceled makeover or no-show so yay, I got in! I recognized her from a previous experience I had with her doing my makeup earlier this spring so I was excited! We talked and she worked. She explained product information (pigments, color IQ, textures, reviews, etc) and I absorbed it all! Im an information girl-knowledge is power. When she was finished, my reflection literally took my breath away. I had to stay sitting and just stare a while. Brilliant and shimmery pinks and purples had several people looking at Nisas finished work.. lovely me <3 I havent felt that pretty in a long time. She has an amazing talent! A true artist! Thank you so much, Nisa, for making me feel gorgeous. But most importantly, giving me the information and tools so I can do it at home also! :)

I love Sephora but I dislike the employees at this location. They are poor at listening to my needs and this makes finding the products I would love hard. 8 out of 10 times employees are rude. I can only assume they treat everyone as bad as they treat me because Im a 32-year-old professional, I dont run around looking like a bad customer, Im always friendly with customer service people (I know how hard they have it), and Im happy to drop $60+ on the perfect foundation (aka Im not cheep). Also, I go to a dermatologist and the staff here has told me contradicting information to what my dermatologist has told me. I dont really trust what they try to tell me about skin care. I do however trust them about makeup.

Hello There
This is where I usually come to get all my make up. The service can be pretty inconsistent. There are times when I leave feeling great but other times I feel like the associates are pretty judging. I dont know if it is a race thing or because I look very young (I am 30 btw), but sometimes the associates will walk right past me to ask someone right next to me if they need help. The other day, I was in store for about 40 minutes and no one asked me if I needed help. I had to flag down an employee just for them to tell me that they were "taking care of someone else" even though I could clearly see that they were just standing around doing nothing. Also, this place closes at 7PM during normal business hours.

I just left the store and it has not been a good experience. I heard an employee say "keep an eye on those three" I am not there to steal makes me feel as if I should not be there. I felt discriminated I am Hispanic Mexican at that. This is not the first time this place has made me feel uncomfortable. I did tell one of the employees what happened she apologized but to me the damage is done. I dont feel free to spend my money where ever I want because of stores like this one. If I could give less way less than one star I would. I feel that this needs to change. It is not good for your business. If anyone asks me about this place I would say it sucks.

I would give it 1 star if I should review their perfume selection. They used to have so much more but now they have like 5 shelves with woman perfumes and thats it... there is literally no variety so if you are looking for new perfume and you want to try more than like 8 brands you have to go somewhere else. Its shame, I really love Donna Karan but they are not selling that brand anymore. I gave it 3 stars because I guess they are still selling lots of another cosmetics products and the personal in the store was ok.

This particular location is incredibly clean, well-organized, and conveniently located. However, the best aspect about this store is their phenomenal staff. My friend and I were visiting Austin yesterday from a town roughly an hour and a half away, and we just happened to sort of stumble in. The staff treated us very graciously and were eager to answer any questions we had. We both plan on only going to this particular Sephora location from here on out. Could not recommend it enough.

So, if you must follow your wife around in a store while she looks at makeup like blush (not rogue, she told me) eyeliner and Kat Von D lipsticks, you might as well do it here. This place is generally clean (except for the lipstick and makeup messes that young people seems so apt to leave behind them) and the staff is generally helpful. Warning: it can be busy as hell and the smells can be a bit overwhelming. Its in a nice shopping center as well.

Ive been here a few times and have had good experiences here. The representatives were very helpful when I asked about a product and 3 ladies working here were nice enough to give me their opinions on a sample sized setting spray. The first person I asked was honest and didnt know as they hadnt tried that specific product yet but found another couple associates who could shine more light on the subject :) Very helpful, will keep returning.

The service is 100% better than Ulta. I went to Ulta last year on my birthday and I didnt have a membership but my friend did and they wouldnt let me get a gift, I had to get a membership. Whereas at Sephora they we totally cool about my friend not having a membership and gave her a gift. I am not saying that they just give stuff out unconditionally but they were way more nice and understanding. Way more professional about the situation.

I love Sephora, but the one at the Arboretum is just horrible. The staff never seems to be around to help, but whenever I look over at the register theres a small mob of them gathered around chatting. Theyre really stingy when it comes to samples, but when I want to buy a $90 eye-cream Im gonna need to try it more than just once. Even though this Sephora is much closer to me, Id rather drive 30 minutes to Barton Creek to get my products.
