I love getting my foundation there. Its the only thing I WILL spend a good amount of money on (makeup wise). I usually get really good Service for color matching but this morning... I got horrible service. First of all, why ask me if I need help and have me explain my whole dilemma if youre not going to be the one to help me?? I use Makeup Forever Y245 and ive tanned from the sun so I may need a darker shade. Apparently that info was hard to remember. Cuz it was being recited back to me as I needed a lighter shade (grr!) I wasnt getting a a good match so I said it was perfectly fine if we tried a new brand... Just as long as it matched and felt good on my skin. By the time i finally got sent help from another person cuz the first couldnt continue apparently, she looks shocked that I was open to a new brand...

So I was in town for a Gala, and forgot my make up, I decided to have my make up professionally done and trust me I was in for a shocker!!!! The foundation was SPOT on with my skin tone... (which RARELY happens) and my makeup seemed as if it was freshly done throughout the night ( I did absolutely nontouch ups) when the evening was over and I had to take my make up off (which I didnt want to do) after using my make remover and face wash... my face had a slick soft feeling, that feeling you get when you have freshly waxed legs with your favorite lotion/body butter on... SARAH was AMAZING and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE with both make up and skin care.... VERY impressed words cant describe how elated I am from this experience.

Bethany was so helpful! She did my make over and answered all of my questions. Bethany told me about each product she chose for me and why she chose it, too. Ill admit I was a little sticker-shocked at check out, but every product is an investment in myself. I am 100% happy with my experience and highly recommend this location for their great customer service!

My Christmas gift was ruined by nasty people who love to open boxes when, they have testers,, at sephora!! I open my box and big fingers print on my eye shadow,, my husband was so embarrassed,, I go back with out a hesitate they gave me a gift card,, and exchange it,, good customer service! Always a fan of Sephora customer service but this location has definitely assisted me above and beyond as I searched for all new products after mine were discontinued. Chessa (I think was her name) was the best! Will definitely be a regular customer to this location!

Jinra was awesome!! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Since I normally dont wear makeup, she helped me match the items I purchased to my skin and even showed me how to put them on. Ill definitely be shopping there again. Management is also great!

Worst customer service ever If you are an asian you are not going to get any kinda help from the people who work there They are so racists..specially a girl with funky hair color and a bob . I Wonder why is she working there if she doesnt wana help customers.

The staff here is always so friendly, but not too pushy. They have great recommendations and are generous with samples! If want to try a specific facial cream they can make a sample for you.
