Poor customer service. After a month of never even hearing what was happening with my order, I FINALLY got a reply to my email telling me "Kelsie said after talking to our warehouse people it should have been in last weeks shipment" A MONTH LATER... STILL waiting!!! Now their website says theyre closed redoing their page... See you next year Ya all. Ugghh!! PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER, AND MAKE SURE MY CREDIT CARD IS REFUNDED!! THANK YOU. everything may be bigger on Texas, but your customer relating skills are miniscule.
