I wish I could rate each individual aspect of dealing with this business separately, because if I could, I would give customer service over 9000 stars. Tim made working with Rooms Today Outlet a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Whatever he is paid, it needs to be raised. First off... The pricing is great for what youre getting. The quality isnt the highest possible on the market, but youre not paying absurd prices either. I think the quality is good, and prices are VERY reasonable. I purchased a sofa, and couldnt be more pleased with how comfortable and sturdy it is. This place is perfect for people who need furniture and are on a budget. The staff isnt too pushy, but they do have some sales experience. Overall I felt like I wasnt mislead. Every experience I had with them worked out exactly how they said it would. Theyre honest. If you come here (which I think you should) you MUST ask for Tim. He will make the experience worth while. I look forward to purchasing more furniture in the future from him.

Helpful salesman. Was able to find a recliner I liked that was within my budget. Checkout was easy and I was told the delivery fee would be $60 cash upon delivery. Delivery was 1/2 hour early and the delivery man rang my doorbell and then banged on the door before I could walk from the back of my house to answer the door. He carried in a large box, opened it up, pulled out the 2 pieces of the chair (the base and the back), put the back of the chair on the base, and asked me if I wanted him to move the box somewhere because he wasnt taking the box. Fortunately I have cats who are enjoying playing in it. When I bought my first recliner many years ago, it was part of a set that included a sofa and love seat, end tables and a coffee table. And the recliner was one piece. Had I known this recliner came in 2 pieces and was so easy to assemble, I would have picked it up myself and saved $60.

We initially stopped into find a computer desk, but after seeing their selection of only 3 desks that looked as if they were about to fall apart, we decided to look at coffee/end tables, and found one we really liked, and talked to the seemingly nice salesman and ended up buying the set after being told we "wouldnt find a better deal in Cleveland/their sales people scout the area and base prices that way". After leaving with our new tables, we stopped at another store only to find it for almost $75 cheaper! The salesman we returned them to (also the one we bought them from) said about 2 words to us while returning them. Would definitely never do business with again, nor recommend them to anyone. Dont bother.

I Bought a Couch for my mom. The price for the couch was great but, when I had it delivered they told me it was going to be one price then to find out that it was much more.I called the manager on the phone and told him the delivery men could not bring it through the elevator.They were going to charge me more do to they would have to go up the stairs. The manager they could bring it back but I would still have to pay for the delivery charge. The manager was very ruid and unprofessional.

Great place to find furniture on a budget. The selection is a bit limited. We bought an over sized sofa and love seat which is still in good condition 4 years later, and we have two large dogs who jump on it.
