This was by far the worst and scariest shopping experience I have ever had in my life. Noone should go there in the evening and no one should go there during the day. First of all, upon parking on the side of the building I was threatened by three menacing guys sharing that if I left my car it would get broken in to. People! I dont even have a car worth breaking in to. Following that I enter the store, and the furniture is not nice. It looks all old and the place looks all shady. As I get a moment to catch my bearings I notice that Mr. Norton is actually in the store! Immediately I am impressed like wow he really does work here. That excitement withers away in the moments to come. Immediately the salesman asks me what I want and I explain that I am just looking around at different stores because I am working with a budget and I want the best bang for my buck. Then Mr. Norton appears and share that he is willing to accomodate my needs as long as I am willing to pay cash. I think this is great! As we are walking through the store, the sales manager feels the need to repeat aloud (while other shoppers are present) "since your shopping with cash we should be able to find something that fits your needs". I was stunned. It seemed like they were trying to set me up to get robbed as soon as I walked out, by announcing to those menacing thugs that I had cash (which I did not because as stated before I was just looking). Furthermore, the furniture is ridiculously overpriced. People and potential shoppers if you think that it is moderately priced you are wrong, its is within the $2000-$4000 range. Its clearly priced so that they can finance their customers who end up paying way more that the furniture is actually worth. Please dont go there. I felt bad for not purchasing anything they gave me a wierd vibe like its been such a hard month and we need a purchase.

Watch this group of fast talkers... look at the pics on their wall of "suckers including my wife and I" They prey on the credit challenged and marginalized. Lucky for us I Know business very well and theirs was shady! Paid cash for a new sofa and love seat over1k btw (by the way) received the scratched and dented floor model and they tried to tell me that I had to wait 8-10 business days for a new set to come in... UMM DO I LOOK LIKE A FOOL I stated absolutely not come pick this up today I wont sit on this crap for 2 weeks for you to then tell me that I caused the damages. They stated they have a no refund policy and that is bs EVERY MERCHANT has the ability to refund from their business account.... I have three of them!! I should know! IF this isnt resolved I WILL FILE WITH THE BBB OF CLEVELAND, THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE CONSUMER FRAUD DIVISION. CONSUMER FRAUD DEPT OF MAYOR FRANK JACKSONS OFFICE. AND A CHARGEBACK FROM MY BANK!!!! My advice avoid this company ethical business is not a core value... I will update my rating and review pending the outcome of this situation! update 3/28/2011 SO after days of back and forth with these people... I finally spoke directly with the owner MARC NORTON WOW is all i have to say; I see why his employees are trash because the owner is exactly that TRASH... He stated verbatim when we told him that he didnt deliver us new furniture when we paid for a NEW set " I dont handle that and hung up" CHECK THEIR BETTER BUSINESS RATING OF F AND YOU WONT HAVE TO TAKE MY WORD FOR IT!!! THEY HAVE EARNED THAT GRADE!

I purchased some tables on credit and was laid off from work in 2004. I asked if they would consider taking the tables back and they said NO! After reviewing my credit report in 2014, I see that they have been running my credit every 3-6 mths since 2004. I spoke to MARC who stated I signed the contract allowing them to run my credit. Cleveland Accept Corp REFUSES to STOP running my credit. Please review your credit report carefully, This could be happening to you too!

My family bought some furniture from this company about 2 years ago. First, the furniture is garbage. Had 3 pieces just fall apart within a month of having it. Still have yet to receive replacement for one of the pieces (didnt get any replaced, 2 of them were fixable by my husband). Didnt receive calls back, people there are rude and aggressive! I would 1000X rather buy furniture from Aarons or even Rent-A-Center before buying from these thugs. Buyer be warned!!

Im pretty sure the sofa and loveseat i purchased was USED!!! When it was delivered to my home, i found 2 tiny rips in the material. They came out and fixed them both, but thinking back now, the furniture was either a floor model or previously owned by someone else. Thats frightening!

Marc is a great guy and if you have credit issues he will still work with you. Never had any issues with his merchandise he was always more then fair! I am a lifetime customer

Well to start off the ad is like the guy is on drugs.... Overall an epic fail..the quality of the merchandise is appalling. Never shop here
