I dont know what I am more disappointed in the fact that the coupon showed a discount through the first of the year was a typo per the cashier OR the fact that Emily (cashier) admitted that she didnt have a long enough nap causing her to show no interest in resolving this quandary. No compassion, no empathy, not even an apology for misleading the public on pricing of a product. After I was obviously frustrated she was even more disinterested in resolving the matter. When I moved to Palm Harbor almost two years ago I really liked this place because the employees were so nice...better than Publix IMO. Then I met Emily today of all days on Thanksgiving Day. Please someone coach her! Customer service is about the customer NOT the other way around. When she behaves this way she is letting her peers down, letting the company down, and losing a customer is losing revenue. Ill get over the coupon fiasco its $3 more than I expected to pay but to be treated without respect and diplomacy and the willingness to help... that experience causes me to rethink my options and spend those dollars at Publix where I know Ill be treated better. My transaction was 11/24/16 10:32AM 2531 5 86 is what it says on my receipt. Happy Thanksgiving.

This is a beautiful, clean, new store! I must say, Ive never been a huge fan of Winn Dixie, because I have never felt their customer service was at par- but today I had the pleasure of speaking with a lady named Barbara at this locations CS desk- and she was lovely...adorning a huge smile and polite welcome! Then, I had the even greater pleasure of discussing a food drive that we are hosting for a community soup kitchen, with Matt, the stores manager! What a wonderful, genuine human being he is! I do not say this simply because he was able to accommodate our event- but because it is obvious that he IS a genuinely compassionate, kind, community oriented, thoughtful person! He seems to care about his store, employees, and community a great deal- and never made me feel unwelcome or intrusive. It was a sincere pleasure to be able to meet and speak with him- and as a customer, I will no longer SHOP anywhere else! Thank you, Matt, and Winn Dixie!

Worst experience ever. Willing to drive to the Palm Harbor location just to avoid this store. The staff is extremely unhelpful, rude and seem to be more interested in their social lives within the store then helping out a customer. Cashier bagged the groceries but didnt put them in the cart. When trying to reach over to grab them (vertical challenged). She started ringing up next customer and sliding their items past my bags. She could have at least pushed them to the end. Sorry Winn Dixie this store definitely needs some retraining.

It is better than some of the other Winn-Dixies around but still cant compete with the bigger names as far as selection/price is concerned. New to the neighborhood we thought we would give it a shot. A quarter of the way through the store and several items we had on our list were not even carried in the store. Bought what we had in the cart and went to our normal spot. It will be fine for a quick run for something but not as an all in one grocery stop for us.

Our go to place for meat and items we cant get at other stores closer to home. The store is always clean and well-stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. If youre in or near Tarpon Springs, I highly recommend this Winn Dixie.

Clean, with good service and selection. Ran a really good, community supportive, campaign on the fourth of July where all profits went to helping soldiers and veterans. I will always shop here on the fourth of July.

This location is generally kept clean. They are constantly having sales and replenishing stock. They accept other competitors coupons but do not match competitive ads. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Prices are reasonable many BOGO deals every week and the rewards program is great. I just redeemed $29.89 off of my groceries with the Plenti card. Plus the digital coupons save you alot also
