I have shopped at fresh market for years. I have converted many friends & family to also shop there. I even raved about the food & service to a few of the aides that come in from Hospice to take care of my husband, and they now shop at the store. The store is clean, for food is fresh and the employees are freindly and helpful. Much to my surprise, my daughter called me the other day to complain about her experience. She said steaks were on sale and she was having guests that night so she decided to get the steaks there. (she brought up an add on her electronic device). Much to her surprise when she told the meat man the price on the package was incorrect, he basically told her "too bad" that is not the price on my machine. She said to take the meat back and again he refused. She then went to the manager on duty who told her he had every right to refuse the advertised price. until my daughter said the I dont want them. Then and only then did the manager offer to sell them to her at the advertised price. By then my daughter was so fed up and said its a little to late for that & left the store to get the steaks somewhere else. In my experience everyone there would bend over backwards to make your shopping experience enjoyable. Maybe some employees need a refresher course in how to make customers happy and want to return.

Prices are almost the same as Whole Foods

The employees at the center deli island made no secret of the fact that they were hugely inconvenienced by my asking them to slice some deli meat for me today. Once they did help me - they complained to each other about an employee who had the day off - asif I was invisible and couldnt hear them. We also bought a pre-made chicken Cesar salad that was disappointing. Dry chicken and huge chunks of romaine lettuce with a shred or two of dry cheese. I used to love the Fresh Market but after todays experience - I will think twice before returning. The people at Publix are always happy to see me and pleasant - and the Food at the Fresh Market has taken a real dive for the price.

I buy chicken and ground beef on Tuesdays, the last time I was there the butcher made a mistake and labeled one of the packages wrong. It was labeled for some $20 / lb meat. Simple mistake, I went back the next day to get it corrected. The butcher was very apologetic, repackaged the chicken and followed me to the front register. He made sure I was refunded all the money and gave me the chicken at no charge for the trouble. It was only $5 worth of chicken but his commitment to customer satisfaction was exemplary. Otherwise its a nice grocery store with good prices and a good selection!

The quality of their meats surpasses anywhere I have ever gone before! This market is packed full of wholesome products that are super fresh. Dont be surprised at how packed it is when you go their as it is a hidden Gem that mostly only locals know of. If you like Blue Cheese youll have to try their Blue-cheese Burgers they have to be the best I have ever tasted by far. Wait until you see this place. Its of course a little more expensive than your normal grocery store but youll understand why once you see and taste.

Ive not only shopped at other TFMs, but Ive also worked at some. today I went to this location for the first after hearing rumors. And they were correct!! Expired milks, hair inside an extremely over dirty meat counter! Floor filthy! coffee and candy bins looked as if they werent cleaned in years! overall smelly, dusty, & nasty. ( & I have the pictures to back it up!) Id rather go to a food bank!! lastly it was so dirty, I wouldnt even throw my trash away in there! !! I didnt want to contribute to the mess!

I live near, and have gone to Fresh Market since it first opened. It has just gotten better and better, as they address the needs and wants of their customers. They lost me for a few months to the newly opened Whole Foods, near by, but Fresh Market fills more of my needs in a very upscale way...so Ive returned. They appear to have updated their cheese, meats and poultry selections, along with an excellent bakery.

I love the Fresh Market! I get the nicest feeling just entering the store. The staff is friendly and they always have the special items I cant get at any local retail food store. If they make a mistake (like everyone does) they make it right. Managers are always available to help. I am so happy I have this Fresh Market close to me!!! Thank you to everyone working there!!!

Very clean place full of food not seen at a Publix. The prices will be higher, but the calories wont. Lots of real fresh fruits there also. Its not the biggest fresh market, but still has enough variety. Staff is very nice and answers questions. I like going into these stores. Because I have better ingredients to purchase. Where I cant buy at normal grocerie stores.

Love this place....everything is always fresh and friendly staff... BUT....do NOT try to call to ask to connect you to any department,,,, this is bad...I ended up going there myself because they left me there on the phone waiting to get my call transferred to the Bakery...and they never answered..............other than that...lovely experiences for over 13 years....

We recently spent over $150 for turkey breasts and various side dishes. We had previously ordered our prepared meals from Publix which had been very nice,but this time we wanted something "special". The turkey was awful,not a single guest took seconds. It was dry, hard and way over salted. The side dishes were marginal at best. The pies however were good.

Fresh Market is not a huge super store. When you walk in its more of an indoor market experience. You literally cant get a better deal on quality floral bouquets, the meat is so fresh and can be cut to order. I just love how they wrap it in brown freezer paper. Its always clean and the fact that they have a delicious free coffee station is a super perk!

A good place to try when you need to go get items not usually carried by big box grocers. Meat and Bakery very nice. Store is extremely difficult to maneuver around with a cart or even walking. Its cramped and uncomfortable. Ive learned to dash in and dash out. Very pricey also.
