I am disgusted with this dealership, they are the most unprofessional dealer I have ever been to. I have taken my car to them multiple times with no resolve. They love to insist upon unnecessary repairs and try to sell you a new car but when it comes to fixing cars their service is terrible. I wish I had more options where I live but unfortunately they are the only dealer who offers shuttle service to my neighborhood, NEVER AGAIN. First time I took my car to them it was because my sunroof was leaking they insisted it was only the hoses being clogged they said they unclogged them and within weeks my car got SOAKED inside from the hoses being clogged, which should have never happened if they cleaned them out properly. A few months later after they cleaned them a 2nd time my car got soaked again! They cleaned it out for no charge this time, however now my car has all sorts of electrical problems from getting wet all these times which they will not help me with. I have flickering headlights, problems with my power windows, power locks, problems with the dash cluster and many other body module related issues. My car still has moisture under the carpet and a mold/mildew smell. Brought my car back to them hoping they would take it apart and find the electrical problem so that it could be fixed, but they will not do this. Instead they tell me I should buy another car or take it to someone else, when its THEIR fault now I am out a car and a bunch of money.

Took my Car there for some recalls and a oil change......was told because my GM car was built in Canada but was brought in the USA ...this dealer told me they cant help me and was told I had to take it back to Canada for service even when I told him I talk to someone at the GM office and was told that I shouldnt have a problem with the recall getting fix ....this dealership wouldnt even look at my car(I took the day off work just to get this recall done).So I end up getting turn away and wasnt even ask did I still want the oil change......so to make a even longer story I went Jefferson Chevrolet they look at my car said they need to order the recall part and will call me when it comes in and do I still need the oil change (yes)....Got the call from them and was told the part was in (few days) and now Im back on the road....So dont take your GM car there if its not built in USA ....My next GM car will be brought in Detroit but not at James Martin ......P.S I did talk to the service manger at James Martin and he told me he was going to call me back and we talk a couple of times he said he going to call me back (he never call me back).... So I call him back I left a message ......

The purchasing experience of my new Chevrolet Impala was nothing short of outstanding in every way. Very happy with the vehicle, the performance and features of the vehicle produce a very high-end driving experience. But most importantly the customer service experience at James Martin Chevrolet far exceeded all reasonable expectations. From the moment I arrived at the showroom I was treated like family and great care was taken to actually "listen" to what I wanted and expected of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I wasnt "sold" a car, I actually purchased the vehicle I had been searching for at an excellent price. Michael Stephanian is a top flight professional who spared no time or effort to ensure I was getting the right vehicle for me and addressed every concern I had. I asked for a vehicle with an extensive set of options and he was able to deliver it to me 24 hrs. after I requested it. Thats outstanding service. The most stress free and fun car buying experience Ive had in 30 years of purchasing cars. Everyone do yourselves a favor and make sure your next vehicle purchase takes place at James Martin Chevrolet, be sure to ask for Michael Stephanian.

My car was towed by AAA to the service center at James Martin Chevrolet on Sunday and I did not get it back till Friday. Not once during the entire week did a representative from the company reach out to me to tell me what was wrong with my car or when it would be fixed. I waited three days before calling for the first time and they still had not looked at my car. I am convinced that they would not have fixed my car if I had not continued to call them throughout the week. I was told several times that "my mechanic hasnt gotten back to me about what is wrong with your car". Then I was told that I would be called back by a certain time and that they would let me know when I could pick up my car. I waited several hours past that time before calling them. Their communication is terrible and their service is poor. I would not have minded the wait if I were confident that they were in fact working on my car and if they had communicated with me.

Fraudulent auto service. Was on a road trip through the US with my girlfriend, were from Canada, and our vehicle broke down in Michigan and we were towed to James Martin Chevrolet for repairs. Simply put, the parts they used to repair the vehicle were used and rebuilt and their work failed within 3 days of leaving Detroit. In addition, they charged over double what I had to pay later, upon my return to Canada, to correct the work they had so poorly performed in the first place. I had little recourse since Im not from there, but i would warn anybody in the detroit area to avoid this dealership for any servicing needs. Absolutely horrendous work and extremely expensive.

I had an amazing experience with James Martin Chevrolet. I needed an oil change and check-up because I heard noises from my car. I called various dealerships prior to going with James Martin and decided to try them because another dealership told me they didnt have time to check my car and to drop off my car next week when they had time. James Martin told me to come right in and they would take care of me; that is what they did. They identified and repaired the problems and changed my oil within hours. The staff is very friendly and treat you like family while remaining professional. I plan to continue doing business with this dealership in the future!

A few months ago I heard some noise under the hood and I took it in because it was close to my school and I had a break. So I went in and they were very friendly. They told me there would be a fee if there was nothing wrong which I understood and said okay. They said they examined the car and test drove it and said everything was fine. They also did not charge a fee which slightly confused me. I still heard the noise and took it in to Somerset Buick GMC and they said I had a transmission leak and needed new struts. My warranty thankfully covered it. Never going back here again.

Hello. My name is Vanessa and Alan D was the associate that assisted me. What can i say, great costumer service still exist. It was a process and I was nervous but Alan made me feel comfortable and took his time and made sure I was happy. I purchased my first newer car. A 2016 Ford Focus. I was skeptical about purchasing a car due to very bad experiences in the past with older model cars. But Im very glad I made step and meet Alan. I have a better outlook on many things now. Thank you!
