Went there to check out a used Charger. It was pretty cheap, so I wasnt expecting much. The car was scratched badly enough that we could clearly see everything in the dark (the online photos conveniently didnt show that) and one of the rear tires was completely flat. I might have considered it with just the scratches given the price, but when the salesman asked if we wanted to take it for a spin, we couldnt get away fast enough. What kind of dealership asks if you want to drive a car with a completely flat tire? Besides the complete incompetence of the salesman, he didnt suggest any alternatives, or bother to even seem interested in us as customers. The only thing he did was let us know that the car would be painted in a week and that the price would go up.

Since my first time purchasing a new vehicle at Fiat of Lakeside, my expiences with the staff have been nothing but fantastic. The crew in the repair shop and the staff in the front office have always been professional and personable and they have thoroughly fixed any problems with my car and oil changes are always fast. They also follow through with what they say theyre going to do and they do it well. Never any second-guessing or problems and if an issue is under warranty, its fixed at no cost. And I actually enjoy my couple of hours to hang out and spend some quiet time drinking my coffee in their guest area and relax which I dont get often.

I was a first time buyer who was treated very poorly at Golling FIAT, but when i came to FIAT of Lakeside and met Joe, my experience could not have been better! Joe treated me with respect and made my experience fun and exciting, just as it should have been. He took the time to explain every detail of my car to me and reassured me that if i ever had any questions he was always there to answer them. I cant wait to take my 500 Cattiva Sport back to get further detailing done to personalize it even more! Joe Rios at FIAT of Lakeside enabled me to get the car of my dreams at a price i could afford. I would never go anywhere else!

My husband and I saw a used car online and went to check it out. We called on this car and the salesman said hed have it ready for us to drive. We went and they had not even finished the inspection. He then took us to his office where we sat for at least an hour waiting to see if a price we offered would go through. During that time he took 2 personal phone calls, went outside to smoke twice and there was a business card on the desk and my husband asked if that was for us and he said "No, you dont get a card until you buy a car!" Needless to say we did NOT buy that car and I will never go there again!

My son who is in the army needed a car to drive back and forth to Michigan. We told the salesman, Jim Williams that he needed a reliable car and were interested in a Nissan on the lot. He told us he passed a 120 point inspection and was in great condition. He didnt recommend any other used cars including a few Saturns. My son drove the car less than 100 miles when it blew a Head Casket!! The dealer took NO responsibility for selling my son this obvious lemon. Stay away from these guys. My son had to pay $ 1800.00 to have it fixed. After only 100 miles. Shameful.

I live in Chelsea and have been finding excuses to drive to Macomb every month or so for service because Im treated so well at Fiat of Lakeside. Never been a negative experience, and the one issue I have had with the car -- a bum shock -- they persistently worked at until they had diagnosed and fixed the problem. Steve is a great guy to work with, always friendly and accommodating. Joe was a straight shooter as a salesperson, and he always stops to visit with me when I am there for service. I would recommend the dealership without reservation.

Went to look at a used ford escape. Photos online looked great. Salesperson asked me what price i saw on it. Apparently they have an "online price" vs. A regular price. The car was filthy inside. It wasnt even detailed and still smelled like smoke! They offered to show me other cars, but all the others were just as dirty!! Not to mention, they showed me a Jeep that was supposed to be in my price range but when asked what the price was, it was $4500 more than the escape!!

Came in from out-of-town to look at some pre-owned vehicles in the Detroit area. Macomb was a little further out than where I wanted to go, but am glad I did. Working with Jim Williams in the Used Car Department was a pleasure. Full of information, great attitude, and worked to get me a great deal without being the slightest bit pushy. Highly recommend Jim and the dealer for those out shopping around.

Joe was a really fantastic salesman. He listened to all of my concerns and needs and fit me perfectly to my car. After my purchase I visit the dealership to get all of my up keep done and Steve, in the shop, is the best. The salesmen will make you a coffee while youre waiting for your oil change and Steve is happy to answer any and all questions from bike racks to hubcaps!

I would highly recommend this dealership. Even after a very stupid error on my part which made me question there integrity, they called me right away and calmly explained my error and made me feel like a valued client. When I look back at the experience it was nothing but good. The only problem was my knee jerk reaction to what I thought was something and it was not.

Ok so I have bought about 20 cars...These folks are pretty clueless. They will offer you employee pricing but not deliver nor should they....In the end they cant deliver and are pretty lazy....Funny watching a bunch of sales people as so called managers pretend they are busy and wearing too much Drakkar Noir...Classic right?

Me and my wife had the best experience. Stan, the sales person, did everything he could to ensure that we got our Fiat 500. David, the finance manager, also did everything he could to ensure we were able to get the financing. I am very happy and would recommend anyone looking for a Fiat to definitely consider them.

Theye fixed something on my car which in turn caused another part to go bad, they want me to pay for the new repair BUT it is their fault. My car is not old and should not be having this issue. They should care about their customers enough to at least cut me a deal or something because this is not my fault at all!

The staff was friendly and the showroom was fantastic. Joe Rios was professional and helped me buy the car I was looking for! Even if its out of the way for you I recommend Lakeside Fiat.
