Like these other people, Autoworld sold me a SALVAGE car and LIED about it!! I delt with Gary. They said it was the owner of the dealerships personal car, and they d run it through him as a personal transaction (i guess so I couldnt report it against AutoWorld) and that it was in a fender bender but all damage was repaired. IT WAS REPORTED A TOTAL LOSS IN 2010....over a year before i bought it AND during the time the dealership owner Owned the car and they didnt tell me!! He knew about it, and Somehow he was able to show me a clean title when i bought it to cover it up! ITS NOT CLEAN! I went to trade it in and just found out about it, i couldnt even trade it in on a new car because even though it is a Cadillac CTS with only 80,000 miles on it, no one will give me more than $1,500 on a trade-in!!! Ontop of that, my insurance said that the Total Loss affects what theyll give me if the car is wrecked. AutoWorld should not be in business!!!!

I thought they were good guys...Chris is a liar. BEWARE the car I bought had a chip in the windshield, he said he would fix it "no big deal, I do it all the time, stop in anytime it only takes me a couple minutes " I stopped a few days later and "his windshield guy" wasnt in but he would put some super glue on it . he smeared superglue on the windshield which i later had to scrape off with a razorblade. The CD player would not accept or eject a disc, he said that wasnt included in the 30 day warranty, I should take it to the dealer, and hes currious so let him know the outcome. My wife had a creepy feeling about him, well never go to them again

I bought my Grand am gt from here. They seemed to be good guys, but after a year of having my car I decided to trade it in, well turns out I couldnt because they lied to me. They told me my car was never in an accident, it was. A few months after getting it the fuel pump went out, the cd player would read the cd and then eject it. He also said that wasnt in the warrenty. They just put prices on these vehicles and expect to get a price of a new car!!!!!!!!!!!! We will never go back there again either. I can understand that our economy sucks, but that doesnt mean screw your customers over!!!!!! come on!!!!!

I was looking into buying a car from them and really liked it. Chris seemed kind of wierd but honest and showed me a clean auto check I went and got financing all ready and everything... Then something told me I should really run my own carfax I found out the car had been declared a total loss by the insurance company about 6 months before and they lied about it. If for some reason after reading this you still want to buy a car from them have it looked at by a mechanic and run your own history report. For me it was just a huge waste of time and I wish they would have been up front with me about it

Dont trust this place. I stopped 3 times over the past year to look at some vehicles I was interested in. 2 times they gave the exact same story about it being one of their personal vehicles. The one vehicle I drove he said the title was clear. It had a awkward pull and noises I nevered heard from a ford explorer. Keep in mind I own two explorers now and put over 100,000 on both them. After close look at the vehicle and doing my own vin check the vehicle had been in 2 accidents. They are salesman and they will tell you what ever it takes to sell.

Came in with cash asking about their TV ad, fat guy no were not on TV second guy yes we are... My question were is the 500 down cars??? No one got up, no one introduced themselves, maybe because Im a black female, I sworn all money green. Please dont go there BAD BUSINESS why give them money you work for

They have a great quality of cars and works with everyone I will tell everyone I know that need a car to go to them they have no problems helping u get what u need. Plus if u brake down call them they can fix ur car for a low price also. Plus the staff is great.

This company sells vehicles that are considered total losses and dont advertise it. Wasted a carfax on looking at their 2006 Mustang which was considered a total loss by an insurance company on 05 Feb 2014.
