Very very poor customer service at the hands of Cody, sales rep. Completed online app; Cody called within minutes to ask a few questions, including which car I was interested in. I told him, just based on the physical description on website. (There was not yet a photo.) He called back minutes later, stating I was approved and indicating what documentation to bring. When I got there, the car was being detailed. Eventually, I drove it, after providing pay stubs, bank statement and drivers license. When I got back to lot, Cody met me at the car enthusiastically, asking if I liked it. I said no; immediately he was visibly annoyed. I excused myself for a call and told him Id look around the lot. I went inside after my call and told him the car is not as clean as it looked initially, noting the rusting around the fuel door. I also did not like the loud exhaust tuning. (Think low-riding, souped-up Hondas popular with the "Fast and Furious" set.) He told me it sounds as it should. That may very well be true, but I dont have to LIKE it. I told him I would go out and see if anything else caught my eye. He later came out as I was viewing the remaining inventory, regarding the advertised pricing on my smartphone. I told him what in I was interested. (I still am a bit annoyed at his attitude at my distaste for the original car.) He asked incredulously, "How do you go from a ____ to a ____?" Mind you, the difference in price is only $3K--but the latter car is MARKEDLY cleaner. He takes an inordinate amount of time to return with the keys--and when he does, he has no dealer plates for the test drive. He says, "I just want to be sure you really want this car." He finally states I would need to increase my stated down payment for that car, which seemed reasonable to me, as the car is $3K more, as aforementioned. I told him that would not be a problem. "What do you do again?," he asked. I told him I am a chef. To that he sarcastically replied, "I need to be doing what you are doing. This is SUCH a nice car." At that point, I asked him what, precisely, is at the root of his hesitation. He starts rambling about how folks claim they want a nice car, only to jerk him around. Then he asked how I planned to make (what he perceived to be) such a large down payment. Foolishly, I began to answer, before interrupting myself to tell Cody that Bexley Motor Company is not the only dealership that with financing for challenged credit, and that I would take my business elsewhere, as I handed him the keys, for which he had brought no license plate. He continued about being jerked around "by others," noting that I "dont even have insurance." I told the genius that persons typically dont ensure what they do not own. That is: no car, no insurance. He then says, "I know where this is going. Take your business elsewhere!" I replied, "Yes, thats what I said!"

I Stopped in at this dealership to look at a White STS that was advertised online. When I got there I was told the car had been sold a week ago ( wish they would have taken it off there website since I drove 35miles in heavy traffic to get there. Randy offered another STS to me which I did look at. The wheels were rubbish, pitted and stractched up which I told him. All he had to say was "well its a 10 year old car". I ask him if he was willing to mive on the listed price in which he replied no. We went inside to review other options in my price range. At this point he looked at my 2009 Hyundai sonata V6 limited (40k miles) immaculate condition and proceeded to tell me he could give me no more than roughly 5-6k for trade in. I was absolutely offended at the offer. We test drove a 08 Subaru out back with 9X,XXX miles on it which the asking price was about 10k. During the test drive the transmission kept shifting between 3rd and 4th constantly as I drove 35mph down the road. At this point I was so disappointed in the options on the lot and feared everything they sold had some type of issue. I would not go here again. I was treated like I was some sort of dumbass. When really Ive been working on motor vehicles for over 10years, and know what a customer should get for there money. Complete rip off. To the response below I do not believe a word you type, you know you run a shady business. You are not price appropriately but you are priced aggressively. I got the same car in better condition and similar miles without rotted wheels for over 4grand less than what you offered and it came with a factory extended warranty. Have a nice life running a business the Rips people off for there hard earned money and make them somehow think its a good deal. Whatever makes you sleep at night.

STAY AWAY FROM THERE! Sales rep Cody will provide horrible customer service! Bought a 2007 Cadillac Escalade from there. Had it 4 months and the wheel hub had to be replace at $750. Told them to fix the arm rest that was broken before the purchase and they rigged it to hold for a couple of weeks. Had a tire that had low pressure and told Cody that needed to be checked to see if tire needs to be replaced. Cody told me it was a bad sensor and they replaced it, which was a lie, because it did the same thing . Then my wife drove the car to Maryland and it cut off 4 hours into the trip and wouldnt start. Had to drive there to get her and the car back home. It started again and drove it 4 hours back and it cut off as soon as I got into the drive and wouldnt start again. Had it towed to the shop and come to find out there are serious electrical issues with whoever did the wiring for the remote start and security system. It was not factory. Had a nest of wires everywhere, and a lot of them where fried, which explained the trouble I had with my remote start only working when I opened and shut the car door. Went to talk to the owner Ed to see if he could help, and all he said was he wish he wouldve been in on the job earlier, its to late and gave me the number of an electrician he uses. More than frustrated and angry with this experience!! Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR ALLOW ANYONE I KNOW TO.

I had exceptional service at Bexley Motorcar! Each and every member of the team treated me with respect and they made my experience stress-free and hassle-free. Just out of college, I needed a professional car to travel with for work- they made sure I received just that! The best part about my experience was how quick it was and how they worked with my very specific budget. This being the first car Ive ever bought on my own, I had a ton of questions, Natalie and Ed sat down and walked through every detail with me. I had a great bank approval (which was very important to me) and an amazing trade-in value for my old "college" car. I went with Bexley Motorcar because two of my friends had purchased their vehicles from there, who recommended it to me. I would recommend Bexley Motorcar to anyone who is looking for a great car without the hassle.
