I THOUGHT THIS GUY WAS A HONEST GUY CONSIDERING HE HAS FOUR LITTLE GIRLS TOO. IM 7 MONTHS PREGANT WITH FOUR OTHER CHILDREN, I TOOK MY WHOLE INCOME TAX RETURN( $5080.00) AND BOUGHT A THIRD ROW SUV, TO SAFELY FIT MY CHILDREN. HE CLAIMED THIS VEHICLE WAS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE. WELL CONSIDERING I HAVE PUT LESS THAN 60 MILES ON IT, THE WATER PUMP WAS LEAKING, THE REAR BRAKES WERE BAD, THE STARTER IS DRAGGING,(HE TOLD ME IT WAS CONDENSATION THAT WOULD GO AWAY), AND NOW THE TRANSMISSION IS NOT SHIFTING PROPERLY AND SLIPPING SUPER HARD. I TOOK IT TO TWO DIFFERNT TRANSMISSION SHOPS TODAY AND YES IT NEEDS REBUILT. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY THERES OVER $2500.00 IN REPAIRS THAT NEED DONE, ON TOP OF THE $5080.00 I GAVE HIM. THE ONE TRANSMISSION SHOP IS CLAIMING SOMEONE HAD TO PUT AN ADDITIVE IN IT OR SOMETHING TO MAKE IT SHIFT NORMAL FOR A COUPLE DAYS, PROBABLY TO BIDE TIME SO HE COULD SELL IT TO SOMEONE LIKE ME WHO WAS IN DESPRETE NEED OF A VEHICLE TO FIT MY CHILDREN AND ME BEING A WOMAN. THE TECH SAID THESE PROBLEMS WERE ONGOING AND THIS DIDNT JUST START. AFTER CALLING HIM TODAY, HE SAID HE BUYS THEM "AS IS" AND SELLS THEM "AS IS" BUT HE COULD RECOMEND THE TRANSMISSION SHOP HE USES FOR A DISCOUNT. NOT ONE TIME DID HE OFFER TO HELP ME PAY FOR THE ISSUES. I THINK HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AND HE DEFENTLY DIDNT TRY HARD ENOUGH TO MAKE THIS RIGHT WITH ME! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHAME ON HIM FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A WOMAN THAT WORKS TWO PART TIME JOBS THAT BARELY PAYS OVER MINIMUM WAGE WITH CHILDREN AND PREGANT!!! IM CALLING SIX ON YOUR SIDE, THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, ANGIES LIST AND WHOEVER ELSE I CAN CALL TO MAKE EVERYONE AWARE OF THIS SHADEY LOT!!!! RUN PEOPLE RUN!!!!

DRIVE AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS POSSIBLE!!! Would rate zero if possible. Purchased a 1999 Lexus from Harrison Auto Sales on S. High St. in Columbus, OH on 12/6/13 (Friday). Took vehicle in to my mechanic for inspection on 12/9/13 (Monday) and discovered the vehicle was in need of several major and minor repairs most notably, the vehicle was sold to me illegally due to the fact that the catalytic convertor had been removed and bypassed with a "straight pipe" (this is a violation of federal law for a vehicle to be sold or driven like this). I contacted Bill Harrison, the owner, and explained the situation to him and requested that he make it right. He refused and informed me that he could recommend a mechanic to install a new catalytic convertor but I would have to pay for it myself (shady tactic used by shady car dealers and shady repair shops). At that point, I requested a full refund in exchange for returning the vehicle to him. He became belligerent and accused me of "nitpicking" the vehicle and trying to "rape him" by requesting a refund for the illegal sale. I am now forced to either pay at least $2000 for vehicle repairs or take him to court. Terrible customer service plus selling illegal vehicles and not taking responsibility equals STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
