The sales people are OK but this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They changed the oil before I bought this vehicle, stripped out the oil pan threads and put in a cork plug rather than fix it correctly. Sold it to me and when I could not get the oil changed because the tech at the oil shop refused to touch it due to the cork plug I was shocked. I contacted drive time since there is a 30 day warranty from the dealership and was told it is covered and over the last week have been to two different repair shops to get this fixed and get either the run around from the drivetime authorized shop or Silver Roc (which is owned by drivetime). It looks like in the end I will be filing a lawsuit against them tomorrow and fixing it at the Dodge service center as no one will change the oil with this plug in it. Do not buy from these crooks. If I would have searched Google for "DriveTime lawsuit" first I surely would not have. If you do buy from them, during the test drive go straight to your mechanic and have the vehicle inspected. If they refuse to let you do that, then run but be sure to file a complaint with the attorney general and inspector generals office. Also, do not purchase any of their optional add ons such as Motion GPS, extended warranty or GAP coverage by silver roc. Silver Roc is owned by drivetime and this is their way to add many thousands of dollars to your purchase and double the term of your financed amount putting thousands more in their pocket. If you have had issues with DriveTime be sure to file a better business Bureau complaint and contact your attorney general and file one their as well. Another thing they do is to get you to leave an excellent review before you even sign the paperwork, complete the purchase leave the office. Dont do it.

Hi everyone I want to let everybody know that if you go to Drive Time you will be very PLEASED and HAPPY with whatever you purchase from Drive Time. Mr. Herman Washington, Mrs. Karen Rumschiag and Mr. Justin Williams were our Sales persons. The atmosphere was very pleasant they were very professional, kind, polite and very prompt at everything that they did for us. My wife and I arrived at 9:30am but they didnt open till 10:00 am but the manager Mr. Justin Williams opened the doors early for us and allowed Mrs. Karen Rumschiag to start the process and everything was a smooth transition and we were out the door @ 12:20 pm. If your in the process of buying a vehicle and have been turned down by other Dealerships because you have bad, poor or no credit and tired of doors being shut in your face PLEASE GO VISIT YOUR NEAREST DRIVE TIME!!!!! EVERYONES APPROVED NO HASSLES NO GIMMICKS. I just purchased a 2014 Ford Escape SE & my wife and I LOVE IT. THANK YOU DRIVE TIME FOR A SECOND CHANCE.

Awesome Experience! I came in very unhappy due to the fact that I had to buy a new vehicle in the first place. Karen the sale rep made my day she was very patient with me, she didnt treat me as some type of product as if she just wanted me to spend money. She made sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase which was very easy Karen was pushy or forceful with making a sell she made sure her focus was what my concerns and issues were taking care of. And Justin made sure I understood everything 100% across the board. Im glad I chose to buy my first car with this company on top of that the prices arent that bad with insurance Ill recommend anyone. Great experience!

Great experience! They helped me and my roommate get a great car, when we werent sure if anyone would help us. There was no problems and they helped make sure we left with a car asap. We got a great car with low milage with a low down payment and a monthly payment that fit with our income in basically 2 days. The process was quick and easy. Loved Janelle and Steve. So friendly and helpful. Janelle helped us find the perfect car and was so nice. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to buy a car. Especially if you have no credit and think no one is going to help you, go there! So glad we found them!

I had the worst experience in my 30 years of buying cars. I was lied to, pulled around for 3 hours before I figured out I was lied to. I will never go back to that place again to look for a car or purchase a car again. They are rude, they stop while they are servicing you to answer the phone while other reps stand around doing nothing. That should have been a clue.

I just purchased my car today. They are very honest on what your minimum down payment is before you walk through the door. Also they call you after you apply online and let you know the bank already has you approved. Herman was a great salesperson. The staff was very nice also. I would recommend drive time to my friends
