As an opening remark, I would like to say this is my first time ever writing a review. I just finished building my house (took me 16 months) and whoever went through this this process realizes the number of purchases I had to make. Throughout my construction, I heavily relied on other people reviews before making purchases and now I believe it is my time to be helpful to someone else, especially when someone truly deserves it. I would like to write a review about a person who was extremely helpful while I was shopping for kitchen appliances. It goes without saying that the kitchen is one of the most important areas of the house (especially if its being used often). In my case, both my mother and my wife are great cooks and I wanted to reward them with the best appliances I could buy. I did a lot of research and visited multiple stores before I walked into Drimmers in Brooklyn. One of my friends highly recommend to see Isaac based on his prior experience with him. Isaac was very knowledgeable and explained benefits and drawbacks for multiple items I was considering (keep in mind this was a new house and I had to purchase a lot of things). However, what I liked the most about Isaac was his personality and attitude - he was extremely patient with my multiple and sometimes annoying questions :). After getting a price quote for ten of the items I was considering to purchase I left Drimmers to evaluate other alternatives and shop for better prices. I was pleasantly surprised with the way Isaac handled me leaving the store and not making a purchase, which couldve been viewed as a waste of his time. However, I did come back to Isaac and purchased all of the ten items (7 Wolf items for kitchen, 1 Miele coffee machine and Electrolux washer and dryer) not only because he offered the best prices, but also because of his pleasant personality and demeanor. Aaron at Drimmers really saved the day for me when i was looking for a cook-top and could not find one to fit the opening in my counter top or the height allowance i had. I looked on the internet for days, pulling up specifications, went to stores and really had a dilemma finding one that would fit and no-one would go that extra mile to help me out. I spoke to Aaron at Drimmers and he not only found one for me but it had everything I wanted including a Ceran cook-top and touch controls. This was all done over the phone and believe me he was polite, patient, and returned calls. If there was something he was not sure about ...he found out and let me know. Customer service in my opinion is at an all time low in so many big name chain stores. They really should take a lesson from Drimmers because they are great and they go the extra mile to ensure a good customer experience. I would highly recommend calling or going to Drimmers to purchase appliances or if you need special help in finding what is right for you. They really are knowledgeable, have very good prices, and they listen. Wow it was great.

Remodel Kitchen Appliances - Drimmers was fabulous to work with. I found them via Google serach without a recommendation. Needless to say, I was a little nervous making such a large purchase with an unknown entity (to me). They are in NYC and I am in NC. Everything went perfect! Their pricing was competitive. Free delivery and no sales tax helped too. My sales rep, Isaac, was phenomenal. He patiently answered all my questions. He guided me to the most appropriate selections to meet my kitchen needs. He found all available rebates and made the job easy. Not only was my product was received as promised, Drimmers held onto it, until my contractor was ready to do the install. Home delivery was simple. Post sales service thus far has been excellent. Again, Isaac is happy to answer my questions and take care of details. For future appliance needs, I will definetly use Drimmers and recommend to my friends.

Drimmers carries an amazing array of appliances and they have all of the brands they offer set up on the showroom floor. IMO - its well worth the trip out to their BK showroom. They also have a courteous and extremely knowledgeable sales staff. I had the pleasure of working with Isaac - hes the man! He was immensely helpful to me both in thinking through what I needed for my kitchen and what my best options were in terms of price and quality. He did not try to "up sell" at all and was polite and attentive throughout the process. Update: My appliances were received in pristine condition from Drimmers and Isaac was able to follow-up very quickly on two minor issues that surfaced post-delivery. In fact, he initiated the follow-up without my having to reach out! Yay Drimmers! Ill definitely go back for my next electronics purchase!

I ordered a set of kitchen appliances that cost me more than $20,000.00. They promised a good service and delivery. Now it has been more than 2 month that I have paid in full but some appliances arrived yet. I have spent so much time on emailing, calling and being on hold. I asked for talking to a manager but got rejected. They said they don’t have a manger and there is only an owner. But they don’t let me to talk to the owner or email him. They put me on a long hold in purpose so I could give up on my call. I can’t do county inspection because I don’t have all appliances and I have to pay one full month of rent if I don’t get all appliances by Friday. Drimmer’s has cost me so much problems and issues so far. I will never recommend them.

Isaac is probably the best salesperson Ive ever dealt with. Most salespeople are forgettable. I like those who provide insight into different manufacturers which he does. Originally, I spoke with him in summer 12 when I needed a new fridge for me mom and he patiently gave me advice despite only spending ~ $700 so in summer 13, I gave him a call when I bought my house and had to outfit the kitchen and house with high-end appliances (eg., Gaggenau, Bosch, Miele...etc.) totaling $23K. He treated me the same no matter how much I bought which is a sign of a genuinely helpful person. Prices are generally the lowest around. I know consider him a friend and seek advice on any new appliance which he gladly obliges.

Isaac at Drimmers in Brooklyn is simply the best! We recently gut-renovated our kitchen and after visting a few appliance stores, my husband found Isaac at Drimmers. What a find! Isaac was astonishingly responsive and very helpful. He provided excellent advice based on his encyclopedic knowledge of appliances and really listening to our needs. This was a big investment for us – and he made it as painless as possible. And, the Jenn Air appliances we bought are fantastic; much more functional and aesthetic than what we had before. Finally, as lifelong New Yorkers, we can tell the difference between somebody who just talks a good line and someone who delivers. Isaac delivers.

We bought all our appliances from Drimmers in 2003 when we built our home in Crown Heights Brooklyn. The appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers) were wonderful and lasted a long time. After 13 years, we now need to begin replacing some. I just bought a new stove for the tenants which was exactly in the price range I requested for a GE 30" free standing gas range. Drimmers delivered the next morning, installed the stove and took away the old one, all before 9 am! Isaac was a pleasure to work with, clear, willing to do lots of research to get me the best stove at the best price. I will continue relying on Drimmers for the next decade.
