I have bought all my appliances from Schumacher in Glendale for many, many years. Their advice, expertise, and service has always been stellar. If they dont stock it, they will get the exact model I want(I read Consumer Reports) in a day or two. Their prices beat the big box stores consistently, too. That may be hard to believe, but its true. Its alway a win-win purchase when I call Larry at Schumacher. I will miss Tony, his Dad, who worked with his son there for many years.

Easily some of the worst business Ive ever *attempted* to do with a company. I tried to buy a commercial washer and dryer and the delivery company completely neglected my order... twice! On two separate days I waited for delivery only to find out they were not coming. Communication from the store and the delivery company was non-existent, and we had to call every time to find out what was going on. The guy acted surprised when I called to cancel the order... Seriously?

Purchased an A/C from knowledgeable and well informed salesman named Larry. No problems with delivery or installation. PC Richards had same A/C for $60.00 more. I will never go anywhere else for appliances, they are simply the Best!
