I Had a wonderful experience at this particular location. I was looking for a mattress/bed and did a little shopping around. I visited Sleepys, macys, and 2 other large well known stores where i found it difficult to find assistance while in the store and nearly impossible to find knowledgeable or helpful assistance at all. even after tracking down employees i was told that they dont work in that section and yada yada and was referred to walk around some more and try to find someone else. my frustration eventually landed me at P.C Richards who i honestly didnt know even sold mattresses until earlier that day. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted by a salesman by the name of Joseph and was offered assistance with ANYTHING i was looking for. He courteously assisted me in my purchase and was very helpful in my decision making process since it was actually my first time shopping for a mattress. I was able to get the exact same mattress that i was pricing at other stores for $300 less than any of their competitors. When your in P.C Richards you are actually dealing with PEOPLE. You can talk, ask opinions, maybe even negotiate on certain items. very unlike these other stores that have uneducated and uninterested employees and are just standing around on their cellphones or chatting with other coworkers and act like you are harassing them if you ask for assistance. I was so pleased with my purchasing experience that I returned later that day to buy a TV from the same people, and was no less impressed by that interaction, they were once again very courteous and accommodating. The point of reviews is for shopping advice. Well my advice to you is to NEVER shop at sleepys or BestBuy. Or better yet, go there first, price the items and see the quality of employees and then go to P.C Richards and experience the difference. A++

After researching back and forth on which Refrigerator to buy I picked a stainless steel GE model. The unit description on GEs site said it was grey on the side. With that I went down to the PC Richard on 86th Street in Brooklyn and Kamal assisted me in the purchase and delivery. The delivery was prompt whic was great. The problem I ran into was the sides of the unit were not grey, they were actually charcoal grey (Not what I expected). I decided to see if I can live with it for a few days before calling the store. After a few days I decided I needed to change it and called the store. To my suprise Kamal was very understanding and offered to change the unit for me. I went about doing my research online and found a Maytag Monochromatic Stainless Steel Unit. "Monochromatic" denotes that the grey color is the closest match to the stainless steel color. The sale that PC Richard had on this unit was exceptional so went back to the store and did the exchange with Kamal. I got the replacement unit the next day (Very Pleased!). The new unit was actually a lot better than the GE I had originally bought. Thanks to Kamal and the folks at PC Richard - Ill be making more purchases there in the future.

I am so happy with the extraordinary treatment, that martin give when i visit any p c Richards and Sons location that is working , he very polite, he very patient, hes Articulate, hes classy ,neat,very calm, always has a smile on his face, is knowledgeable of all the products that the company is selling,if i am purchasing something ,and i forget another product that i forget tu order hes always,offering the other product tu go along with it, and believe it or not u gonna leave that store ,very happy with whatever ,product that u purchase and is sold tu u by Martin, i will follow him tu whatever store he is working hes that great , i even brought my family and friends to shop at pc Richards, with martin am not shopping at no other store, but Pc Richards thumbs up tu martin,hes the best am happy with his service, hes a team player and is an asset tu pc Richards, with him on board hes moving a lot of mountains for the company, he deserves a raise thanks martin with u working for that company i will be shopping always with the company God bless u ur God sent ! The prices is very affordable, and the products are extraordinary ,the products are the best! Thanks again!

As always, my most recent shopping experience at P.C. Richard was excellent in all ways (purchased a plug-in DVD player, flash drive, and printer (down-payment on) . Eric has been assisting me for around 9 years in selecting my purchases and I rely on him for expert, knowledgeable service. Ive purchased a laptop, Bose headphones, a television, microwave over (maybe 2), telephones (landline), vacuum cleaner ,and more that I cant remember at the moment; P.C. Richard is my "go-to" store for all appliances and will remain so. I hate, and refuse to patronize, "big box stores". Soon I will be purchasing a wide-screen television and will rely on Eric to help me choose the best one for my needs. For one thing, I sincerely hope Erics loyalty and service to P.C. Richard are recognized and rewarded accordingly; as far as Im concerned, he is your most valuable employee. Regarding P.C. Richard & Son, your store is one reason (there are several reasons) why I want to remain living in Bay Ridge for a long, long time. You dont find this kind of quality, fair prices, and service just anywhere! Thank you all!!!

My wife and I visited the Bay Ridge PC Richard store on Monday, September 2nd (Labor Day); it was a wonderful experience. Kamal, our service rep, was superb -- keenly attentive to all of our needs and not trying to oversell us on anything. We spent quite a bit of time there that day, ordering the following appliances for our home after a kitchen renovation project: a washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, range, and two televisions. Kamal knew all of the specifications of the items we chose and told us exactly what we needed to know and more! He was exceptionally poised and professional, with a great presence and energy that made us want to do business with him. Kamal coordinated the delivery of our appliances which was on time and efficient. We were so impressed that we returned to the store a couple of weeks ago to purchase a barbecue and some accessories for one of the TVs. Once again, Kamal was a pleasure to deal with. Kudos to PC Richard for a delightful customer experience and keep up the first-rate level of service (5 stars is more than warranted here)!

Every time I need an appliance for my home, I return to this PC Richards location! Here, customers are treated with courtesy and respect. Starting with the salesman (Louie B) right up to the manager (Martin) and other staff member at this store, a customer can expect honest and knowledgeable answers to any question they may have about a purchase. I recently returned to purchase two air conditions (after purchasing all of my kitchen appliances at this location last year) and received the same quality service. This is why I continue to return to this location. You can expect excellent service even after your purchase because they care about their customers!! I would also like to mention the delivery men (Roler & Co.) who installed the two air conditioners. They were equally respectful. They called in the morning to give me a window time for the delivery, showed up when they said they would, packaged up all the boxes for garbage disposal, and cleaned the area in which they working at in my home. I am a forever customer at this PC Richards location!!! :-)
