I ordered an AC from this company through Amazon. The AC weighs 150lbs by the way. It arrived and took 2 men effort to carry it up my ramp to my porch. I did not open the strapped box as I was on my way to work but since the box itself had no catastrophic damage I signed for it and left. When my installer opened the box it was then we saw all the damage. I contacted the seller and sent them pictures. They wanted more pictures from further away (?) so I sent them. Then they said you didnt send us a picture of the serial number...well you morons you didnt ask me to send the serial number. Now they want ME to pay $125.00 shipping cost to return. It is NOT my fault this product arrived damaged. I am sick of jumping through hoops for this place. My lawyer will be getting involved in this. Stay away from these people. IF you item arrives damaged YOU pay to return.

1 Stop Cameras & Electronics is a shady organization that will sell you damaged products at new merchandise prices. I received an expensive microwave, DCS brand, with a substantial dent to its frame. Although it clearly was delivered in this condition, since I reported it outside of the 30-day timeframe, 1 Stop would not even consider remedying the situation - instead they implied that I was the one who damaged the microwave. My advice to you, avoid purchasing anything from this place. I suspect many of their products "fell off the truck." In my case, that is probably what happened indeed! The so-called manager I spoke with was rude and condescending. So much for customer service, apparently they didnt get the memo. And if this is convincing enough, have a look at other reviews. DO NOT purchase anything from 1 Stop Cameras & Electronics.

We ordered a stacking washer and dryer. The delivery date was pushed back multiple times with no communication from the seller. Because our Amazon purchase included installation, we had to fight to find each new delivery date so we could reshedule the installater. It took days off from work, and hours from workdays. It was incredibly frustrating and unnecessary. This was easily the worst online purchase weve ever made. The washer and dryer are still sitting in our backyard in the rain. Due to the constant rescheduling, the installers been held up. Hell try again tomorrow. These folks are either brand new at selling online and need to get better, or they need to get out of the business.

Nothing less than unethical and bordering on criminal. They sold a "new" $1200 dishwasher that arrived severely damaged. I immediately contacted them, sent photos, videos, etc. They just kept sending me the same spam email saying "we cant make out the damage" send more pictures FOUR TIMES. I sent 10 HD still images from every angle and 3 HD GoPro video showing the clear and unmistakeable damaged caused by a significant impact. Then they just stopped responding. I will be putting the charge in dispute and hope anyone considering any purchase avoids these fraudsters!!! F rating by the BBB and WELL deserved

IT WOULD BE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION - We purchased a microwave (refurbished) in January - one year in home warranty - It broke in July and after at least a dozen emails finally 6 weeks later we got a service guy out. He told us it was the control panel & it would take 7-10 working days to get in - 6 weeks later - no call, no microwave - I keep getting pleasant emails from 1stop saying that they were doing all they could - well almost three months later - thats just not good enough - Stand behind your products .... is that too much to ask?

Terrible experience. Awful customer service. Ordered expensive TV table 2 weeks ago. As the time passed by I started wondering why I have not receive the item yet. Called to find out what is going on, waited on hold for a Looooong time before someone answered and told me that the item is still with the manufacturer and they are behind. Basically I was encouraged to wait another 2-3 weeks before calling back again. No other explanation was given

We ordered a bed from this company through Amazon. First off, the initial order didnt arrive at the "expected time of arrival". It took about a month for the order to arrive. Second, after we received it, we noticed the foot board of the bed was damaged (see photos). We emailed customer service the day of receiving the bed. It has now been 3 weeks and we still havent received a replacement foot board. Bad service and poor quality furniture.

WOW, I got my laptop that I have been trying to find for awhile now. K-mart didnt have or Wal-mart which is genuinely surprising to me. I usually have no problem getting my basic electronics met from my local convenience store but I decided to look into another means of getting it instead. 1 Stop Cameras & Appliances came through and Im very excited with my purchase!!! Highly recommend!!!

Nice people who can give you surprising prices for electronics products. I once purchased from the a 42 TV for a price which was significantly lower than other places, including online prices. It took them 24 hours longer than their initial promise for delivery time, but the TV was exactly what i ordered, and it is still working today after 6 months. Try them, it is always good to ask.

Placed an order for a Coaster Contemporary Cappuccino Chest on June 23rd. Notification of shipping was delayed 2 weeks. Expected delivery date was July 13th. No contact from the seller or shippers a week after that. Called the shipping company and there was no record of it being shipped. Received a prompt response when requesting for a refund from the seller.

Took my order and said delivery in 7-10 days. 2 weeks passed, nothing. Finally called them 3 weeks after original order placed and after looking high and lo for their phone number. They say "Oops, manufacturer cant say when they will have availability". What a waste of time! Zero stars would have been fair given zero customer service.
