I purchased a pair of Auvio headphones exactly one year ago. They recently stopped working properly. Went in to Shrewsbury Radio Shack today to see if they would do anything. Once he saw that I did not purchase a protection plan, Store Manager Michael G. was condescending and obnoxious. Stay away from both brand and store, as there are far better options for each.
