We need to stop shopping at places that dont give you a refund or exchange even if have the receipt. I grabbed the wrong item and when I went back with my receipt to get the correct item. I was told no. I showed the cashier the item I needed instead. I had an old empty container to show her the item I needed. I was spending $30 dollars or more in there almost weekly but not anymore. The cashier knows me and my daughter. Its a over. Ill drive the extra miles to Sallys or Walmart. Walmart has a lot of these items and at better prices.
