Ive bought from this store since it opened. I given them plenty of business, even recommended them several times. The one time a buy a necklace for my 16 year old daughter, that irritated and pulled on her beautiful hair as she tried it on. She realized it was the wrong product. I know they have a policy of no return, but you woyld think if the tag is still on and you bought it 24 hours ago and prove that it is a product that damages your appearance, that the store manager would reconsider their policy and at least provide a store credit. But they wouldnt. Never shopping here again. Will take my business to others who provide good customer service.

Well first off when I entered the store that wasnt the problem. However, they have high prices and sold Me the wrong hair. The fact that I didnt want a refund I just wanted to switch out the hair which shouldnt have been any problem at all pisses me off cause the hair was behind the counter. I will never ever come nor will I send anyone to this store at all. Because it shouldnt have been any reason as t why this happened and the fact that she walked away and didnt even want to discount it was not the way to conduct business.

The store is nice but the employees arent. No one helps you and I overheard them making fun of someone after asking where the prices were yet NOTHING in the store had a price tag on it. Theres signs for the stuff on sale hanging really high from the ceiling but not for the other stuff so it was a legitimate question.

I stopped coming here. I use to give these people GOOD money. I had a bottle of sheen spray I could not use. I was 2 days past my exchange date & they wouldnt budge. It was $2...they petty as hell. I didnt want my money back just something I could use. Not just this location ALL beauty master locations

I wouldve gave no stars to this review, but the site makes you give at least one. Went to this store for the first time on Saturday, and I will NOT be coming back. Very rude..offers no assistance on product finding. Im not shopping anywhere where youre too lazy to hand me my bag after I spend my money.

I call this place Heaven on Mt. Zion, lol. The selection is amazing, prices are great, and they always give discounts even military! Everyone is always nice and friendly in the wig section. The other staff could be a tad bit more friendly and helpful but other than that no complaints!!!

Ive shopped here for everything, from wigs and weaves to cosmetics and shoes. They have everything. Lol. And I havent any bad experiences. The store is clean and organized and the staff are knowledgeable and approachable.
