I love the company Sallys but this location is the worst as far as knowledge goes. Ive been given so much wrong information here and when Ive tried to go in and ask for a different person they always refer me to the same young girl that does not have a clue as to anything about hair, not quite sure how you can have people working at a place like this with no correct knowledge or experience when it comes to hair coloring. Ive spent a lot of money in this Locust Grove location to still not end up with what I wanted. I dont much care for the people at the McDonough location either but I like the cheaper products so I will go to that one to buy from now on. They at least seem more knowledgeable when it comes to hair. Please dont go to LG location and ask for advice about color thinking they know their stuff bc they dont. Very disappointing. The Sallys back home in Savannah area is much better work experienced people working there.

I purchased hair color from the store and unfortunately the color came out completely wrong. Online the Sally company offers a color guarantee that if your color does not come out as expected you can exchange or return. Once I returned to the store the next day the clerk lied and stated I couldnt return. I exchanged, but when I contacted the Jonesboro rd location about speaking to the district manager they promised to get back to me regarding the locust grove location... never did. They are very unprofessional and my friends and I will never purchase from the Sally beauty supply company again!

The clerk was so friendly, helpful, and very patient as I wasnt the easiest customer since I had no expirence with hair and I was trying to dye mine at home. I will be back again it was a very pleasant experience.
