I love Walmart, great prices and they have a lot to choose from between clothing, Beauty Essentials, dog food, food, house where, Electronics gardening and a little bit of everything. The staff is not very helpful, trying to find someone to help here is really hard to do and even when you find someone most likely they give you an answer they dont work in that department or they dont know or just a no as the answer and you may eventually find someone who is willing to help you or who does say yes we have that item its over here verses just saying no we dont have that here so they dont have to be bothered.

Tire center closes at 6:30 on sunday (we called and asked and said as long as we get there before 6:30) and they tried to deny us service at 5:45. I was told by a employee the tire center basically stops accepting costumers when they want to. (The employee ALSO thinks that is ridiculous) They also tried to deny us on "we have custom rims". After a back and forth with the assistant manager for around 5 minutes (who was the one trying to deny us) they finally gave in and only did one tire even though when I called I asked if all four could be done and the employee said yes. They have lost my businesse.

The store itself is ok. Selection is better than he Waldorf location... but boy the employees really need a course in custumer service. Theyre not very helpful and always seem pissed off. Dont even get me started on the security door people. Im pretty sure that old white guy called me a thief because Im brown. Completely humiliated me in front of my kids and then seemed extremely dissing when I produced my receipt. He was legit out to get me, Ive never felt so persecuted in my life. Ill certainly never go back there again and stick to online shopping. Hell even Amazon has better prices these days.

Im pretty sure that every employee at this store is a completely incompetent moron. I have had several experiences with employees at this store not knowing their butt from a hole in the ground. I have only been here a month, so I imagine the people of the town and surrounding area that shop here are often disappointed or irratated. Overall, this is the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been in. Thats saying a lot considering most Wal-Marts are pretty terrible to go into.

If you like to be berated and yelled at by Walmart employees this is the place for you. Today 6/1/2017 approx. 6:25pm Cameron a Walmart cashier was visibly upset that I had the nerve to ask him to take my money in/at the garden center registers. He grumpily told me to go to that register and when I did not go to "that" register he scolded me and stated "THIS REGISTER". I asked him his name and decided to go to the self check out. There I didnt get yelled at.

Super slow checkout person. Some woman wrote a check and apparently the machine wouldnt imprint it. People shouldnt be writing checks nowadays and on top of that they allowed her to split her large order into three separate orders. I stood in that line almost 45 minutes to check out. Walmart needs to get a handle on these customers and its staff to expedite the checkout process. Also, the website says they have grocery pickup and they dont.

Everyone was very helpful after I got a manager involved . A pre-order that was said to have arrived was never Teresa. It took 3 guys, including Louis, the manager to get it sorted out. He even tried finding my list call phone. If it isnt take so long at customer seevice and to check out, I would have given 5 stars. Special tanks to Ian who was wonderful!

One single person name Ariel working in customer service area while the line have more than 14 people in wait and the managers name Valerie and Lucerita are coming and leaving with no interest in helping out when they can open another register to help out. Ariel was very helpful and nice. She helped me with my transaction in a timely manner.

I go to that Walmart because it is a whole lot better cleaner and there Isles AR empty no clutter you have plenty of room to push a cart around in the store the one in Waldorf is nothing butt one big obstacle course what they cannot put on the shelves they put in the middle of the floors thats why I drive out of my way 2 La Plata

This Walmart is great! I live closer to the Walmart off of Acton Lane but I would much rather take the extra 5 minute drive to go to this Walmart. Their customer service is excellent, the store is cleaner and their shelves are well stocked. I highly recommend this Walmart location over the one at Acton Lane. Two thumbs up!

Its Walmart... this location is very busy, the store is dirty, disheveled, and poorly stocked on popular items. The cashiers are, generally, nice. At times, one feels as though they are a bother. Generally treated as though youre cheating the store when trying to do returns and exchanges.

I go to this store quite often and sometimes its a mess and sometimes its nice. If you need help you can find someone usually without a problem but not everyone loves their job if you no what I mean. I still shop here because its convenient but I usually prefer going to Target.

This is like the cleanest store I have been in AND they are doing renovations. The employees are always smiling even when I know that there has been some issues with the pay for some employees (By way of news). I think that if you go to a Walmart this is definitely the best!

Large selection of items, but poorly organized. Layout of store and placement of departments didnt make sense. Store was really crowded, employees were rude. It was dirty, and not only a days worth of dirt either. I will definitely skip this Walmart and go to a different one!

This place always a disaster! It to small for trying to be a super center you can never find anything in its right place or the workers they dont have a clue smh so thats why I pay the extra money to go right over across the bridge to a real super center to do my shopping!

Was a great experience, great prices and can find great deals. Also you can get pretty much anything there from electronics to cosmetic to home decor to pet supplies and food so its a one stop shop for the majority of a store list for items needed at home!

This is the one Walmart where I dont have to spend half my life waiting in line. The shelves are always stocked. I also find it really convenient that there is a grocery store too so I can get eggs milk and ice cream without having to make an extra stop.

Patty in the customer service department clearly is not a people person. That is until the assistant manager is lurking around. Then all of a sudden your a "sweetheart" and you dont get the cold look along with your change being shoved in your hand.

Typical Walmart, seems always disorganized, Everytime I ho in there there are always pallets of products in the aisles. Its nothing like a "super Walmart", even after their remodel. I only go when I need to really go anymore.
