I love this store and all of the recycled products they sell. However, the reason Im leaving a 2 star review is because of the staff. Im not sure if its because Im a minority or not, but the staff definitely treats me differently than other customers. I am almost never greeted at the door (only one woman greets me), while customers that follow me are greeted with hellos and smiles. I am not offered any assistance or told of any new products/sales like other customers. When I go to checkout, I am usually ignored until I say something (again, one woman is an exception). I do not feel welcome at this store. I continue to shop here because I cannot find certain products anywhere else, but if a similar shop opened I would take my business elsewhere. I am a cashier, and I would never treat my customers like this. I treat all customers the same, with a bright smile and a hello. The staff at this store could definitely work on their customer service skills.

The staff at this store are rude and treat customers differently. Im Latina, and they clearly favor their paler customers over me. They never say hello, always question where I "found" items, and question if the things in my bag are from the appropriate areas. Everytime I shop here, theres a problem with a price or an item was in the wrong spot. I am not a thief, and Im always honest as to where I found items. But the staff always treats me like Im trying to rip them off. Im done with these folks. Ill take my business elsewhere.

As an art teacher, I shop here often. I see lots of happy customers of all ages and skin color. There are always customers giving each other ideas and staff guiding people to unique materials they might use for their projects. Our community is lucky to have this treasure ~ putting value back into items that need not be discarded.

Would give it a 5 except for the staff and their snobby attitude. At first I thought it was them having a bad day. But after reading other reviews I agree the staff need a work over. They too were friendly to other people of color then me. Great place to get anything. Just bad attitudes.

This is a fantastic (non for profit) store that re-uses and re-cycles a multitude of items that would otherwise end up in a landfill. Amazing items for children, crafts, and many other imaginative uses. Weve been going there for years and the volunteer staff has always been wonderful.

This store has a little bit of everything. Things other people might consider junk until you see how the workers have set them up to be cute crafts. You can find lots of paper, old CDs/ vinyls, binders, boxes, canvass and sometimes new stuff too. Either way, worth checking out.

This store has gone downhill since the last time I was in. Staff are awful. Wont be going back.
