The chain of stores is great itself but I have problems with this one specific store. Not enough staff working and the staff that are on the clock arent very professional. When youre in a line with atleast 13 people in front of you and one cashier there may be a problem. They will call on the radio for help but no one comes(I work in retail I know how this works no ones coming its just to make costumers think youre trying).The store itself is fine a bit on the smaller side compared to most micheals,but dont rely on the staff to much because they arent reliable.

The art class for childern to do a fathers day frame was such a mess. The young lady was so disorganized. It took way longer than it should. She did not help the childern. She was doing a frame I suppose to show the childern how it should look but,it would have been better for childern for her to help the childern. There should have also been someone in helping . Childern kept coming in one at a time ,so childern that were there were just left to do what ever. This program really needs organization. Thanks.....

I had a great experience tonight at the Michaels in Bethlehem. I was making an online return (everyones favorite right?) and the associate, Sherri, was absolutely awesome. Even though it took more than a few minutes to get everything squared away, she remained pleasant throughout the entire transaction. I will definitely be back just to shop around!
