DO NOT go to this Kinkos go to the ups store across the street at the fremont hub. would give a negative star if I could. First I walk in the needing a print from a memory stick the guy standing there tells me to use the computer which requires a credit card and charges by the minuted plus each print. then I ask if I could have it printed at the front he explained that all of those printers were in use I turned my head to look for myself and it looked like one of the 7 printers was in use when I told him of my observation he told me they were out of paper and said I had to pay at the computer once I noticed the piles of printer paper stacked against the walls I asked to speak to the manager which was a tall man that smelled of body odor potato chips and had not shaven in at least a week he explained to me that corporate would not allow them to print anything and everyone had to use the computers once I realized I was getting nowhere I used a computer which came out to $5 for three prints which had some personal information on and I needed a marker to mark out my info I asked for a marker and the manager looked at me and laughed he said corporate doesnt allow markers either only pens I had to fax the prints and did not trust the staff to fax so I ended up going to the ups store across the street they had excellent service and no problems at all I actually asked if they could do what I asked Kinkos to do and they said they could for 1/4 the cost and no rude uncooperative service. If Kinkos wants to make some money and stop losing once valuable customers like myself they need to fire the entire staff and hire new. DO NOT go to this Kinkos go to the ups store across the street at the fremont hub.

So on my lunch break I decided to stop on over to this Fedex drop off location and leave a package and needed a receipt for it, needing a employee to provide a receipt was like pulling teeth at this location. First off they only had 2 employees running the entire store, both of them were on the phone and with no sense of urgency and or recognition that I was waiting for them for 10 minutes. Finally after they get off the phone it seemed to me when they were asking, "How can I help you?!" It was filled was condescending attitude and that I was being a inconvenience to them? Seriously? After asking for a receipt the Indian man with a mustache seemed very menacing for he said had a good day and offered to shake my hand, once shaking his hand he squeezed with intent to actually try to hurt me, with this AND holding onto the hand for much longer than 3 shakes. ( 25 seconds? ) staring at me like he wanted a fight? What kind of service is this? I go to leave a package get a receipt and have someone trying to act tough? All I ask for is a decent customer service experience of be in be out and go on with my day. This experience left me with the feeling that the employee wanted to fight me for whatever reason. NEVER GO HERE!

Its okay to be busy, but let your customers know that you will be right with them. Representation is everything and many times we allow people to represent us that are not capable of meeting the standard we try to set for our customers. I came in to pick up a Self Service Card that was owed me and of course with the agents having so many other customers, it was not noted properly. The gentleman that assisted me based on his response was, "oh well, I cant find it!" He was truly not concerned, so I may suffer a little loss, but with consistent negative reviews eventually they will learn to do real customer service. Just treat each individual as you would like to be treated when you need service. I do not plan to give them any more of my money, just my preference.

Very disappointed, I wont recommend this to anyone. Customer service at this location is so mean and horrible. I wanted to take print out from google drive but it wasnt working, when I asked their representative she sounded very rude and asked to use system to get the print out. To use the system its additional cost, they were trying to force us to use systems to get more money. I used fedex in Texas so many times staff was friendly and responsive there unlike the staff here.

There worst customer service ever .. The store is pretty clean and neat .. But the store is highly under staffed ..! And they do not suppose to care or value customers waiting in line ..! I have been waiting in the line for 15 mins until I finally decided to take it up with the store staff and wasnt treated well. Avoid this locations for fedex at any cost .. U might take those 15-20 mins to drive to different location around Fremont and get your work done faster.

The customer service at this location is horrible. The manager Jamie I believe needs to smile more and listen to get customers when they are talking. The Rodney needs a sense of urgency. All in all no one helped us and the Rodney didnt even bother to set aside a project to help us out. I have been managers at many place I have never seen such customer service. They lost two customers today and will tell my friends to stay away from this place.

the customer service hasnt been bad for me, but for the sheer volume of customers they get and the tiny staff they have, you may be slightly better off going to the staples across the street in the Hub or the print shop opposite it. there is only so much each person can handle. came an hour and a half before work to print and laminate a few things, and it took the entire duration and then some to get 3 pictures printed and laminated

I see the bad reviews, but as for me, I didnt experience bad service. On the contrary, the lady that helped me within 10 minutes of the pickup deadline saw me in line, offered to help me immediately with my document while two persons ahead of me were working on their package. She completed everything quickly and skillfully, and I was on my way again in about 2 minutes. She was also very nice and cheerful.

As a long time shipping customer, I have become increasingly dissatisfied with the service at this location. The new layout makes it difficult to drop off packages. The staff seems too busy to acknowledge that people are waiting. Some people are waiting just to ask a question. I drop packages several times a week and have seen customers walk out on numerous occasions.

Ive been here only once and it was a nightmare. The employees at the time were not at all tech savvy and were having immense difficulty working their system to process packages... long lines ensued and there were a lot of disgruntled customers. 2 people left after waiting nearly 20 minutes in frustration. Hopefully youll not be as unlucky as the rest of us that day.
