Every time I go here everyone seems to be in a bad mood. I saw someone else reviewed a female being extremely rude and I have had similar occasions which it has happened to me. But today I was on my way here to mail something to my customers. As soon as I get to the door I hear someone saying your fired your fired get out get out, at an employee walking out in tears. It was so uncomfortable that I decided to go to the FedEx down the street. That is extremely rude to do to any employee if a customer can see or hear what is going on. I cant imagine working there if the manager thinks its ok to do that in the store front. I wont be going back here. I recommend going to another UPS store, Ship n Sip or FedEx. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

No more UPS. I switched to FedEX. I give one star because there is no option for 0 star. There is a female employee does terrible customer service which made me almost cry. Other customers behind me came out of the store after me to show sympathy. Basically, UPS driver did not deliver to my home but to an Access Point. I got notification that I have to pick up my package there, which made me surprise, but drove all way to the UPS store, then this female employee shouted me "No, we dont have your package. Call to UPS." I thought I was in the UPS store but she shouted the store and UPS delivery are different and no responsibility for their customers package.

I was having a hard time getting a UPS package picked up. I went to this location to drop a large prepaid package off, I was told NO, a bummer but okay....Then I thought I could pick the ladies brain in regards to the prepaid label, and why I was having an issue with the pick up. She said "we are an independent contractor for UPS not UPS if you come back when the driver is here, I guess maybe then he could help you" If you have shipping needs go to the Sip and Ship on Ballard Ave or even better the Mailbox Ballard on 24th & 80th they have always been super nice, helpful, and they are a friendlysmall business, not a chilly incapable contractor for UPS.

Called to see if they had a hard to find envelope product. The woman on the phone was not listening to confirm my specific question. Several minutes into the call I find out she doesnt have the item I need even though I said "I am looking for this specific product" over and over again. This place was just a waste of time. Ive also never seen so many terrible responses from a business representative ever on a Google page. I was more put off by their responses than the initial bad reviews.

Do not use this store or UPS. I handed over my package with a pre-paid label to an employee there. They lost it and refused to provide a refund for the value of the contents. The manager wouldnt even call me back for several days and when I finally called him, he refused to do anything making excuses that this has never happened before ergo, this is not their fault. Highly unprofessional and highly inexcusable.

I came in to this store with a need for an overnight envelope for a birthday card - just the card, nothing else. I was told $39 for USPS and $44 for UPS. This was not correct. When I challenged the amount the manager said "that is the price." I went to USPS the next day and it was $23 and I see online the UPS price is $17.

Went in to print 5 photos off a flash drive. Left AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER after having them print them in black and white instead of color, then on the wrong side of the photo paper, then had the manager scream at me about how this is not their fault because they didnt know how to print photos. Wretched wretched place.

I was moving and had to ship a bunch of large boxes, and they made it painless. The owner even brought a truck to pick up the boxes from my house and bring them to the store.
