I have to admit, this place worsened my allergies and gave me a sinus infection due to the large quantity of items being sold here and not enough up keeping with the organization of the inventory. The staff are either assholes or unknowledgable of things around the store so you are on your own! If you can look pass all the jungle piles of disorganized clothing and goods, there is a diamond in the rough! Honestly, I have gotten some pretty decent, yet not the best quality around, goods here and have gotten compliments and shocks when it came to revealing where it is from. So I gave the extra 3rd star for the stuff Ive found there through the years. I say if they hire more qualified retail associates and hired overnight inventory specialists that clean and organize well, this place would be be better than Ross. Honestly.

LET YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW... BUYER BEWARE AT ANY Burlington! If you go home and wash your purchases and they shrink, THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK. Its COMPANY POLICY. One day, after buying $ 100+ worth of clothing, I had to return because everything shrunk. Their products did not match was I tried on in the fitting room and bought. You know what they said I could do with these shrunk clothes? They said I could "donate it". Donate it?! I wonder if corporate cares if they lost me forever as a customer? Tell your friends and family. Burlington doesnt refund your money if their products are faulty. You know why they are "just Burlington" now? Cuz now they are just like all the other lackluster stores like Ross and Marshalls.

Well stocked with good price items. The employees are all right. Havent had an awful experience here. Things that need improvement are two 1. Please identify the changing rooms as male and female. People arent always able to tell. I think its the same problem at all the Burlingtons. 2. Increase the ventilation in the restrooms especially the mens. For some reason employees leave the door open in the mens restroom. And when someone starts pooping the stench travels all way to the front of the store. Its totally putrid.

This place is always a mess. It looks like a giant garage sale and not like a Burlington. The store used to be much better but theyve downgraded what they offer. The clothing available is considerably less than what there used to be and the quality of it all is... lacking. This place used to be great to find clothes at and now... The lines here are horrendous. The cashiers are friendly usually if theyre not busy with long lines. Go in and poke around, you might find something.

I always find something I like. Prices are very good, really really good. I recommend this place if you are looking for cheap clothing. It is normally cheaper than other similar places. In this shop the service has always been extremely helpful. They dont mind walking with you and you dont get the attitude that other places like so much

Unfriendly cashiers no smile on they face. Wont listen to what you have to say... They dont check if they is an other once available they will just say what ever we got its on the floor!! Cashiers do not know how to provide customers service at all.. Sorry to say I bring my money in I need a friendly service...

I cant believe they took out a great bowling alley (Westlake Bowl) to put THIS here. I am forever boycotting ALL Burlington coat factories EVERYWHERE until they replace outlr family tradition. BOYCOTT BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY!!!! BRING BACK BOWLING!!!

Its Burlington... I went to this location twice in 4 days and both times I was checked out by a very kind woman named Sunny. She went the extra mile with customer satisfaction for me. Sunny is an asset for sure.

Youll have to struggle a bit to find good stuff but its worth a visit provided you have nothing specific on mind to buy speaking strictly of home stuff, as for clothes I shall pass!!

Store is great for finding what you need. Most times there is long lines at the checkout and sometimes hard to find help from the sales clerk. With that said I will still shop here.

Basically a really big plain store with lots of clothes in it, changing rooms are a little awkward. large selection though.
