Absolutely terrible experience. Purchased a new phone and plan and drove 20 miles to pick up the phone and it was not there and no one returned my calls. Phone finally shows up but they did not call me to tell me it was in but I took a chance and drove the 20 miles. The phone had a problem with app sign in and they could not fix it and said they would replace the phone, again no call to say the new phone was in and because of frustration I went to the Apple store in SF which was another hour out of my way and they fixed it in 5 minutes. Total of four trips there and one to the Apple store to fix a minor problem . Do not go here to get a phone.

Tommie provided us with an excellent customer service and he made the time we spent there fun! unfortunately, they dont tell you anything about how much you will pay until you get your first bill and the amount on it is three times the amount you expected.
