The salesman Tommy D. took my credit application a week ago. Hours later I call back after hearing nothing and am told my app was never found. I resend a new app and they pull my credit again. A day later, no one calls back, so I call back, and they ask for a cosigner. I get a good cosigner and they pull my credit again. The dealer never calls back. I call the next day and Tommy says they need more time before they will know. Days later I call back inquiring on the status of my app and I am told it is unknown. The process drags on for over a week. I never get a single call back (despite promises each time) throughout the entire process (…do they want to sell a car I am beginning to wonder); each time I call back, Tommy says he needs more time. Finally, I call the used car manager Dave on Saturday… some 10 days after I started the process… and inquire as to the status of whether or not I am approved. I’m a fair guy; I’m approved at other dealers but this dealer has the car I want. I tell them politely I’d be glad to try to get my own letter of credit – I just need to know whether or not I am approved. Dave the used car manager promises a call “right back”, but never calls. I call back six hours later and he says they still don’t know, that he needs more time. He insists, “It’s Saturday and the finance woman is too busy. Try back next week.” I ask him to talk to friend of mine who used to finance cars. My friend asks what banks it was sent to. Dave says, “I really don’t know anything about how the finance process works and the finance manager is too busy to talk.” My friend asks if he knows what banks the consigner and I’s apps was sent to. Dave responds, “You should buy a car somewhere else.” Touché, my friend. Finally, some advice worth taking.

My husband and I bought a used Toyota from Rick Roush Honda a month ago, and we couldnt be happier with the car or the transaction. The car was priced so ridiculously low on the Internet that I kept waiting for something to go rotten, but the whole process was incredibly smooth and the car has proven to be everything it was promised to be. We live almost 2 hours away from this dealership, and Tyler Roush was extremely helpful on the phone with negotiating an even more awesome price and arranging to get that out-the-door price in writing so there wouldnt be any surprises when we arrived. The finance guy helped us find a credit union that blew our local credit unions financing offer out of the water, and we didnt trade in a car so its not like they were making up the profit difference with a trade-in. When we arrived, Tyler Roush had us in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes--that included a 15-minute test drive of the car! All in all, a fantastic car buying experience. If Im ever in the market for a new Honda, I will definitely give them a call--it would be worth driving 2 hours again for their no-nonsense, friendly, efficient approach to car selling.

I have purchased three vehicles (2 new and 1 used) in the past three years from Rick Roush Honda. I do extensive research before I make any major purchase. After reading multiple reviews, you’ll always find Honda at the top of the list. So, the only decision from there is where to buy it and Rick Roush Honda makes that an easy choice too. There are numerous reasons that I have remained loyal to them. They have a knowledgeable and courteous sales staff that will go the extra mile to ensure that you get the right car at the best price. The management staff is outstanding and supportive. They also have a wide selection of vehicles in inventory. If the one that you want is not available on-site, they can usually locate it quickly and bring it in for you. Since I have Hondas, I don’t spend much time in the Service area, but my visits there for routine maintenance (oil changes, etc.) have always been positive. They even wash your car! Finally, I always try to support local businesses and when they provide the best pricing, service, and support, then it is simply a no-brainer. I highly recommend them!

This was the best car-buying experience Ive ever had...Brian George (salesman) and Kelly (finance) are outstanding people. They listened and helped with any question or issue I had. This is my third new Honda; a 2008 civic lx, a 2014 accord sport (both purchased from another dealer) and now a 2016 civic lx. The new civic is like old civics in name only....this is a totally different car. I went with the base modal but if you are considering a "small" car you owe it to yourself to take a civic for a test drive. I think the civic touring model even holds its own against entry-level luxury cars (looking at you BMW 320i)...thats assuming you dont care about the label on the car. Buy a civic, save $8k and go on a fancy-pants vacation. But what really keeps ppl coming back is the customer service that a business provides....thats why I will return to Rick Rousch Honda in the future. So long as they continue to employ ppl like Brian and Kelly youll have a customer for life.

I just bought my first car. I did a lot of research and test drove a lot of different cars and no one knew their product like Darcy at Rick Roush Honda. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but she was patient and understanding throughout the entire process. She walked me through every step and made sure to keep me updated through the entire experience. I was never made to feel like I was just another transaction to her, which is how a lot of local car sales associates made me feel. I brought my grandparents along to help me through the process and, instead of ignoring me like a lot of other associates, she made sure to ask me any questions she had. I felt taken care of and well informed on the car I was purchasing. If you are buying a Honda, buy here and ask for Darcy! She is wonderful!

In my experience, Rick Roush Honda is the best Honda dealer in the NE Ohio area. Ive actually worked at a competing Honda dealer that will go un-named, and they would never get my business. Ive bought my last four cars from Tyler Roush, who is refreshingly not your typical salesman. He is low pressure, upfront, knowledgeable, and fair with pricing. The dealership itself is smaller, but theyve always been able to locate what Im looking for. Finally, in a break from traditional dealer service departments, Rick Roush accepts competitor coupons and can change your Hondas oil for less then anyone Ive found (around $45 for a 10k mile synthetic blend... $38 if you buy 5 at a time). Weve never had a bad experience at Rick Roush, and that is why I recommend them to friends and family.

One of the best, if not the best Dealer I have ever worked with! They always take great care of my wife and I and I never worry about them taking advantage of her like other dealers have tried. Recently I had some trouble with my Pilot, that now has over 220,000 miles, which resulted in 3 consecutive visits that was compounded by a busy time at work making it a little frustrating. Bryan, one of the service advisors, was super patient and a huge help to make sure that the Pilot, despite its multiple failures all at the same time, was back to the same working condition in a timely manner. I know Bryan is just 1 piece of the whole business so I do want to thank all those that have helped both in Service and Sales (I will one day cave and buy a new Pilot).
