My husband and I have been trying to get approved for a loan (with a lower down payment) for over a year now. Weve been renting a car since December, which has eaten all our money up. No place would approve us without giving up our first born and a hefty downpayment. We were suggested to come to Drive Time by a friend. We were skeptical at first, having such bad experiences in the past. Dan and the crew made us feel so welcome and were confident they could certainly help us out. Boy did they! Dan literally created a miracle for us. He went above and beyond to not only get a car we could afford, but a car we actually love (2013 Subaru Legacy)!!!! I highly recommend coming on down if you need a vehicle. No matter what situation youre in, they will get you in the vehicle you want!

This newer employed McDonlads girl went to DriveTime and got hooked up with an awesome Ford Fusion by Mr.Mcdonald himself thats James Mcdonald who delivered the best service ever and who would have thought the same day I went to DT to sign for a car my 2 cousins with the same name would have been here & a very nice lady who worked at another McDonalds location also was getting her 2nd car from DriveTime ... So awesome job DriveTime . You really are helping people like us get into cars fast ! If youve been turned down for credit in the past dont let that discourage you if you need a car because you can be approved by the DriveTime Team and in a car in a short period of time . I had the pleasure of working with Keith Doyle at DriveTime. Keith was patient while I obsessed over what type of vehicle I wanted...even allowing me to research all of the DriveTime dealerships! They have a sign in their store that says they want you to be happy with "Your" selection....most dealerships never deliver on that promise..I found what I wanted a week later at the DriveTime in Dayton...Keith promptly arranged to have my vehicle transported to Cleveland and by the next day I was driving off the lot in the vehicle that I chose...not what the dealership chose for me. There was such a warming aroma as I entered the building. It was nice neat and bright. Everyone had a smile on their face and it seemed that the employees were doing a great job taking care of their customers. Amber Roane, My Drivetime Agent took the most diligent care of me and her smile was one of the best. I knew immediately I wanted her to handle my transaction. She did everything in her natural born power to make sure that I left the lot with a car and I DID JUST THAT!! If I do need another car anytime soon. I will definitely be making my way to DriveTime. Buying a car can be stressful and very time consuming! However, the associates made my DriveTime experience extremely pleasant and as quick as possible. I got a approved, picked out a car and left with my vehicle of choice all on the same day! There was never a dull moment! Each and every associate kept me entertained even while my wonderful salesman, Damien, was away getting paperwork. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have little to no credit. The entire staff is super friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. I give this place TWO thumbs up.

Amber my salesperson was great, very friendly and knowlegeable, my only concern would be, a week before i came up to get the car i put a down pmy to hold my vehicle. I put the down pmt down a week in advance and they new i would be here on a certain day, wen i arrived the car was not clean inside or out, i would of thought it would of been vacuumed and washed and wait g for me to drive off in, if they would of takin the time to remove the stains on the carpet and wiped the i terior this would of been a perfect buy, other than that great servce.

I came in with low hopes..... especially dealing with sales people before and automatically Dan came out with a genuine smile! Check 1 for me..... 2 was when he seemed to actually want to help us find something we loved and could also afford without breaking a budget.... 3 was his follow up methods and continuous help in finding us the right car.... we had originally arranged to have a car brought from Youngstown and even after all the trouble and us wanting to switch he was FANTASTIC! Horrible, worked with a salesperson for a month, had an approval . finally made an appointment and went there, then was rudely told to wait . I waited for 20 minutes while the salesperson texted and spoke on the phone to a friend , I went outside to look at the cars. They were all repainted in one area or another, worn tires, and not clean overall, all for inflated prices. These people pray on people who dont know any better. I called the sales manager and also emailed him my experience, I never got a response. STAY AWAY
