I dropped my 2016 XC90 off for its first service. The first question they asked was (did you buy the vehicle from me or someone else). Didnt really catch my attention until i got a call 4 hours later saying it was ready for pick up. Thats when i realized that you get treated like crap if you didnt buy from them. So needless to say i didnt receive any sort of cleaning inside or out. I recommend that if your in the market for a new volvo that you drive to Fredericksburg to do business with good peple that will take care of you. The only reason i give them 1 star is that zero wasnt an option. Really guys, i had better customer service at dodge!

In todays day and age, many folks do not want to go the extra mile to sell you something, but not the case with Tony Schultz, sales person at Wynne Volvo. He went the extra mile to have me be happy by researching what I was looking for and finding it for me, by ensuring I test drive comparable vehicles and getting me all the options that I wanted. The sales manager Stacy was great, Dawn made you feel cared for, and Walter in finance worked magic to make the deal happen. I would highly recommend this dealership if you want to feel like you matter and are more than just a sale. They are all committed to their customers.

I recently bought a 2008 S40 from Wynne Volvo on VA Beach Blvd and it was the easiest car buying process Ive experienced. Roy was the salesman who helped make my shopping a pleasurable one. The entire process from test drive to driving off the lot financed and registered with tags took less than 2 hours. Most of all I love my car! Its a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, safety, and affordability. The model I bought has the T5 and the horses behind it gallop fast, hard, but with ease. Its an amazing driving experience. Buy Volvo, you wont regret it.

O my gosh, I just had the worst experience of my life. I went in to pick up my car that was shipped from overseas. Toni the manager is the worst customer service rep on the planet. I am embarrassed that I drive a Volvo in the Hampton Roads area knowing that Toni is in a management position. I love my car but now I dread going back to this dealer ship. Hopefully the service department is better. Dont deal with Toni. Bob was good but Toni is dreadful!

He took the time to ensure we understood the vehicle and called several times to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase.
