I highly recommend this family-ran business to anyone that wants speedy, quality work and customer service thats above and beyond any other. Not only did this business finish my project early, but then they offered a delivery service after business hours because the understanding of time constraints in my schedule. No one was home at the time of initial drop off, vis-a-vis those good ol transit delays, but after explaining why we missed one another... They offered to come back even further after hours, FREE OF CHARGE (both times)! Now, Im not saying this is a service offer to all in any circumstances, but the fact that they excelled with customers service to me in my time of need speaks volumes to the character NYC Fast Print embodies! The office atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. Theyre are well priced and equipped. They actually reminded me of a discount I mentioned during the over-the-phone quote which I completely forgot about at the time of my closing payment! I wish great things for this novel business, highly recommend it to others and will return to them for future projects going forward. Excellence; try them out and see for yourself!!

I payed for a rush order and sent a template of how I wanted my design. I asked should I send it with the transparent background because I didnt want to see the square in the background , she told me it doesnt matter because she knew how to fix it. I still ended up with the square in the background and was very hard on the shirt. My work was not what I asked for and they only offered back 5 dollars. I washed the shirts when I got home and the designs look scratched off and you see nothing but creases. I got exactly what I asked for, A FAST ASS JOB. Such an embarrassment

Working with NYC Fast print is always a great experience! All my ideas were brought to life thanks to Nazzy shes an amazing graphic designer..... what I love most about doing business in this establishment is weather its an email a phone call or I walk in they pay close attention to detail and get the job done.....Ive had my business cards logo flyers and banners done here and now I know they also do vinyl and heat press Ill definitely be getting my t-shirts done here too. Overall Ill give them 5 stars ....Thank you for good business Nazzy and Geo!

Its 4:45PM on a Thursday, my client calls me as stressing how important it is that he has 5,000 4x4 flyers ready for distribution the next day along with 200x 12x18 posters. I text Geo and email him designs. By end of business the following day, my entire order is ready for pickup just like that. Ive worked with NYC Fast Print for over 5+ years now. Reliable and Courteous is an understatement. Oh, and I travel from Staten Island because their prices and customer service are unmatched. Make sure to use them for all of your printing needs !

This place is amazing!! I was able to get a small order of shirts made within 24 hours at an extremely reasonable price. Customer service and response time were excellent. Most places I called require a large number of shirts to be ordered at one time (think like 50) and were charging $200+ for rush orders. I would and will recommend NYC fast print to anyone and everything. Cant wait to use them again! I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Needed a shirt done last minute for next day. Walked in on a Friday evening my shirt was done Saturday early afternoon. Good price, good work, Fast work. Not sure how they are on bigger jobs--place seems a bit crowded and disorganized but still a good job. Will be a returning customer.
