ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR SERVICE! Patrick and his crew are dedicated and intensely committed to getting every job done to perfection. These are real professionals. We have been with them since the very start, DECADES ago and with thousands of jobs under the belt and over all those years and all those jobs, there only TWO -- you can count em -- that needed to be done over and one of them I KNOW was my fault. But they are crazy perfectionists who really believe that it has to be perfect or not at all (these guys must be hell to live with given their OCD about getting it right! ;-) You get every job back EXACTLY the way you want it and every job on time. (Yah, I said ON TIME!). And friendly and patient too -- when we were new to all this and didnt know a pixel from a point size, they met our bewilderment with helpful explanations and always with a friendly attitude -- not that snarky stuff you can so easily encounter nowadays. The BEST thing about this kind of reliable service is, you hand-in your prize project and then you are done...you dont have to sit home worrying and fretting if it will get done on time or if it will look the way you want it to, because with FCC, you know your job is in dedicated hands; having that kind of confidence in your printer is worth its weight in gold and you wouldnt care if their pricing were on the high end. I never mind paying for really good service, but heres the chocolate chips in that cookie -- FCC is amazingly competitive! Go ahead, send your stuff out to bid...you will wind up with Flatbush Copy almost every time....and we have years of experience with them under our belt to be able to say that with confidence. Shout out to Patrick and the FCC crew for the many, many years of great,professional work they have done for us. It is much appreciated and we will whole-heatedly recommend FCC to anyone who is looking for printing services for the first time or if you would just like to see what a 5 star, thoroughbred printing service looks and feels like! Ive been coming here for years for my copy/printing/faxing needs. When FedEx showed up I said I would continue to support this shop because of its history in the neighborhood. Unfortunately when I needed to print out a resume, which theyd done multiple times before. The staff was dismissive and said they dont do that. I was more surprised by the rudeness, it wasnt even busy. Either way I was disappointed.

The staff (Patrick especially) was very accomodating with my order as a first time customer. Quick turn around time and quality production at affordable prices. FCC is also a vendor of the DOE which makes it easier for public schools to use their services. We will be using them again soon!
