Anybody with a few dollars can purchase a turn-key business. Nowadays its too much to ask that an employee (or owner) know what theyre talking about. The young lady answers the phone, but doesnt know if laserjet printing is available. Thats like calling McDonalds and the employee doesnt know if they serve fries or not. So I get connected to the manager/owner, and I ask him specifically if he can print a large epub document in iBooks. He says yes. I send an employee over, and they have no idea if they can or cannot. So they give it a try on two different computers to no avail — even though iBooks is an Apple based program, what passes for the tech person is trying to open it on a PC. So I was lead astray. Time = money, and my time was wasted.

Ive been using these printers for over 10 years. They are a great team of people and can get any job done. Ive done everything with them. Photocopies, Wedding invitations, posters, postcards, you name it, they can get it done. I highly recommend them.

worse company to deal with , they promise you something and never have it on time. and there service with dealing with people is the worst, they talk to you like they are doing you a favor
