I see varied reviews here, heres my experience: tried calling for business cards, and spoke with someone named Rick. While I appreciated his referral towards what I currently needed I did not appreciate his demeanor towards the end, when I was trying to plan ahead for future dealings(get a quote). I dont know if it was candor or a starting loss of composure; first time I called, while he stated it was due to disconnection, I believe(again believe) I was hung up on after he concluded I would not currently be making a purchase. Second time I called, I expressed my dissatisfaction (to see that maybe it was indeed a misunderstanding). When I tried to plan ahead and get a quote for my desired future services, he stated(again stated) that he was growing frustrated with me, and that he does not have time to deal with me. After which I took the liberty of ending the call myself this time. Both of these conversations together took place in a matter of at most 1 minute and 30 seconds(0 to 100?). I read several previous reviews speaking of the poor customer service, I would have to agree with these reviews. As I read all of the reviews I give this place 2 stars (rather than 1) only because I was not a customer(but now I will never be), and because he at least gave me a referral. My advice is if you have to use this place, with no other option, then know what you want. Have a guess at how much you need and have it (because evidently the employees dont want to tell you the worth of their services unless you guess correctly and have the money ready). Evidently they are quick with their service, but I wouldnt know. I honestly only wrote this review due to spite towards his attitude. *Many establishment could take a page from Apples ideas of management and service, which basically revolves around a pleasant customer experience, hell, they tell their employees this. And it makes it pleasant and easy for both customers and employees. This was not pleasant*

GO WITH THESE FOLKS - THEYRE PROS! I am so grateful that I found this company and got to work with such a wonderful group of people. I was blown away with how calmly they dealt with my last minute request, how reasonably the work was priced, how quickly they got it done, how great the finished product turned out, and most importantly, how kindly the staff treated me. The amazing people there, Chris, Jocelyn, Adam, and the rest, they made a miracle happen by getting designs on a Wednesday afternoon, receiving my items on a Thursday morning, and printing the designs by Thursday afternoon so I could have them ready for that evening. They even printed one item I brought over in the afternoon while I waited to save me a trip, and could tell how important these items were to me. I am so thankful for their support via chat, email, phone, text, and in person; their professionalism throughout the process; the affordable price; and high quality work. I cant wait for another opportunity to work with them again!!

I was referred to Graphic Lab Printing several years ago when our company was in a pinch. Chris and his team specialize in last minute jobs, I thought, but in fact, the company is so fast and good at what they do, that it almost feels like a last minute rush because it happens so quickly. We have been able to get nearly all of our media from Graphic Lab. Each time it has been perfect. These are the comments from a municipal representative we work with in Massachussetts about what Graphic Labs produced for our project: "Our kick-off was a great success. I was able to use the marketing pieces to communicate simply and clearly so that the responses we got were all positive. We had a diverse range of constituents, so this event was a good test. Plus, everything looked so attractive, the pieces were definitely conversation starters. What more could I ask for? I worked the crowds for five hours straight, but it was truly fun and rewarding. Thank you for coming through so beautifully."

I went through a lot of reviews. l sent an email to Graphic Lab about a project idea. Later that same day, I received a reply and set up an appointment. Today, August 15th, I drove from Queens to Midtown Manhattan. All I had was an idea of what I wanted. I had sketches, papers, flash drives sat down with Rich and in about an hour, he created my project! He didnt take my stuff and just regurgitate something back to me. We sat together and throughout the process asked my opinion. He was so pleasant to work with. He told me if I had an additional 15 minutes he would print it so I wouldnt have to return to Manhattan. How thoughtful & great customer service. This is so NOT Fedex/Kinkos. I tried that first. If youre not getting what you want, never settle. This company is a group of talented professionals with great customer service and fast turn around time. Its worth the trip. I have my project & best part, I wont have to read reviews or search again. Thanks, Rich!

On Friday Dec 18 2009 at 2 pm, I found myself stressed out looking for a poster shop for my Boss xmas party, and I also wanted a shirt that had a funny one liner to wear over my cloths... just to get a big laugh that would start the night off right. I called Graphic Lab and spoke with Chris - I told him that I was under a lot of pressure and he told me "join the club". He told me to come straight to the storefront and we will get it done. He asked a million questions that helped him design my shirt and sizing for my poster. By 3:30 pm my stress was gone. The poster was huge & My shirt ended up saying "Dear Santa, Define Bad" lol it was the hit of the night! Thank you Chris, and the crew at Graphic Lab! They have my vote and they seem to do everything right on the premises.

I have not slept in 50 hours and the last piece of the Puzzle were the 8 foot banners for the front lobby of "Fashions Night Out" event. Thank God that Graphic Lab was opened until 9:30 pm because they produced the four 8 foot banners in 2 hours plus they did the grommets - thank you Bob for reminding me that I needed grommets to hang the banners - I need sleep! Many props to the Graphic Lab crew in NYC for the amazing turnaround time ! Thank you for not charging me for the rush turnaround time. And thank you for creating me my business cards while I was waiting - simply creative and profession people. Ill be back for sure!

Graphic lab has the ability to print any type of project you could possibly think of. T-shirts and apparel printing and embroidery plus printed matter. The owners are very experienced and know what they are doing and are super friendly and helpful in order to fix any print issues you may have. Its definitely my go to place for all my printing needs. Its great for rush jobs and nice to see the project in person instead of ordering online and not knowing what things will look like until you get it in the mail. Graphic lab rocks - 100%! Very recommended.

Fastest Posters In NYC Had a big pressure situation with my Fashion Week Poster Presentation because my Posters never arrived from 48 hour print. Carmine from Graphic Lab in Midtown NY has come to our rescue. Within 5 hours he had created 4 36" pop-up banner stands and 12 36"x48" posters and a 12 wide step and repeat backdrop. My God he saved my Job - Thank you Graphic Lab! They are not store level they have the 4th floor - FYI some directories say street level. They are my Heros!
