FRUSTRATED!!! I was looking for a place in Brooklyn that can scan large size artwork. Not easy to find. I called many places with the same question: "I have a large size piece of art to scan, 24x18. Do you have equipment to scan something like that?" Finally, I get a "yes!" at Printout. Its Friday - I hop in a car, drive for 45 mins and get there at 3.15pm. Only to find out that on Fridays they close at THREE, not FOUR like it says on their owner-verified Google Maps listing. Fine. I come back Sunday, they are open. I stand in line, get to the counter, only to find out that they do not have a COLOR scanner to scan my 24x18 piece. They can scan it in black and white only. G, THANKS! I know I didnt explicitly ask about color on the phone, but do you think it would have made sense to mention you can only scan that size in b&w, seeing as how I was asking about ARTWORK? Four hours of my life wasted. Thanks a bunch, Printout.

What you wrote about charging $2.00 for a black and white copy is totally NOT TRUE! They charge $0.10 for a B/W copy, $2.00 is only if you want to PRINT, NOT COPY and then they charge you an additional $0.10 for every other copy. The $2.00 is only a service charge for printing form their computer and you get your first print for FREE! I do my printing a lot there and I must say they are GREAT, comparable to other shops in the area, (What i must tell you folks, you must stop by there, you will be amazed, i never saw a shop of this kind being set-up so well and advanced). BTW I dont know why u are surprised, there is clear posting in the front about these charges.

UNBELIEVABLE service: i showed up 30 min after closing, the owner was pulling down the metal curtain in front of the store...i explained i needed to print out copies of my resume (had a job interview in 30 min), the guy opened it right back up, turned everything on, made my copies, and did it all with a smile! Better yet, I insisted on giving him a small tip for his kindness and he refused! This is a first-class business, with the kind of personal concern and customer service you only dream about....more small businesses in America need to follow PrintOuts example...i recommend this place to everyone in Brooklyn...a real class act.

I go to this place only because its close to my house and good for fast turn around, less than 20 minutes. Ive been there about 5 to 7 times over the last few months, and each time: if their only non-Hasidic employee is not there, I am not greeted and have to wait up to 10 minutes before the others decide to notice me and give me help. Never a please or thank you, they just take my money and go on. Copies are expensive, as the previous reviewer stated, and the color quality is usually dark and a little cloudy.

Good service and fast turn around. I went in at 3 oclock to print 40 small double sided color booklets and it was ready at at 8. The guy who helped me was very nice, and gave helpful advise. My only critique is the staples binding the book were not lined up perfectly. I paid $260 total which seemed expensive but Im not sure what another printer would have charged. Im definitely going back for future jobs and I would recommend them to someone who wants a good, fast, and reliable printing service.

They are by far very reasonably priced and have an amazing staff, they work extremely professional when handling orders! our latest job was printing large posters, they used the most high quality thick paper and the print was extremely clear!. we recommend them for large or small jobs.

The quality was great, the prices were lowest ive ever found and they had super fast service! the staff were extremely nice and patient, they treated me with utmost respect.
