Very highly caution everyone to NOT use this business. A friend of mine left a laptop at my house and I had to overnight FedEX it, and I used this place. The cost of the overnight rate was $270.91. They charged this amount on my credit card twice, and after discussing with my bank, I contacted the manager and asked that it be refunded. She said it might take a few days but they would call when it was handled. I contacted the manager of the store, Allie (not sure about spelling), again this past week to check on the refund since Id not heard anything, and she said they had contacted the company that handles their credit card transactions and they were waiting on a letter from that credit card company to issue my refund...and she said, quote, "We have a lot of problems with them sometimes." That is just plain and simply a runaround and an attempt to keep an extra $270.91. ANY legitimate business can simply issue the refund when they see the mistake. Ive had to open an official dispute with my credit card company, and no telling when it will be resolved. If you use this business, DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD. This almost sounds like a scam, or at least severe incompetence.

I tried shipping a book to a friend during the holidays. The young boys at the counter were not very helpful. They were on their cell phones as they worked, very disinterested in the job, and not very attentive to customers. I shipped a small package via USPS. I waited a few weeks but my friend never received the package I shipped. I called the store and they had confirmed it arrived (suspiciously at the same exact time I had called...). It didnt. Poor service. Store is very disorganized. They pile everyones packages in a corner. Would definitely just recommend the extra trip to a post office. Not really one for bad reviews.... But this is the worst service Ive experienced in a long time. Would not recommend this to locals.

This place is very convenient and has the potential to serve all of my needs when it comes to shipping and postage. I was even able to make a photo copies and surf the internet if needed. It is a great alternative to the Post Office that is always crowded and slow.

They always have what I need, was desperate for birthday party bags for a birthday party next door @ Soul Collections Sewing Lounge & they had it! I didnt have to walk all the way to Franklin Ave in all the heat. Thank you!

Gets the job done - copies were clean and computers virus-free. They charged for a single minute of computer time so I could pull up the print job. Somewhat of a stingy policy, but at least the staff was friendly.
