Bobby Ford has the best sales and service in SE Texas! I ordered my Ford Fusion Titanium online and to my specifications. They ordered the car and when they received the Vin #, I was notified by text message. I was directed to the website for financing and filled out my credit application online. The car and the financing were finished before I could even pick up the car. It was such a smooth and easy transaction! When I went to pick up my new car from the dealership (I live in Kingwood, Texas - 82 miles), they were as excited as I was about my new car and the final paperwork was easy and a breeze. Everyone was so incredibly nice! They took the time to make sure that I had a good understanding of how to use everything on the car before I drove it off of the lot. This is my 2nd car to buy from Bobby Ford and I will keep going back! They make you feel right at home and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy when you leave! I highly recommend Bobby Ford! No pressure sales and excellent customer service!

I wanted a new 2015 F150 Platinum in early December 2014, before any had even left Detroit. I had every dealership in Houston looking for one for me. Joseph Lopez at Bobby Ford tracked one for me that fit my description perfectly. He told me it was on a train and would be there Dec 22. I did not want to drive 1-1/2 hours to Clute from Spring to get my truck, but Im glad I did. It was a hassle free deal. My truck was clean and full of gas when I got there. They had my trade-in appraised in 10 minutes and gave me Blue Book value for it. In Finance, I was offered add ons, extended warranties, etc. but it wasnt shoved down my throat, and it all went down just like Joseph said it would, on Dec. 22. If you want to do business the easy way, with a handshake, go to Bobby Ford and ask for Joseph.

I found myself 1,000+ miles from home towing a 5th wheel RV with a truck that I though had a serious problem. A $2-3,000 repair seemed likely. That sure would have hurt the budget but if they had told me it was necessary I would have had no choice but to go ahead. After an extended test drive and some analysis with their computer reader, the mechanic found I had a defective aftermarket gauge. My engine was fine. Ive had no experience with their sales department but I can say with certainty that should I ever have a problem anywhere near here, Ill head for their service department. The service writer was Gary Colbert. I sure wish I could mention the mechanics name but Ive forgotten it already.

I bought a 2007 Hummer H3 sight unseen from Joseph at Bobby Ford a few weeks ago. Joseph went out of his way to answer all of my questions, take additional photographs of the vehicle, and he took care of a few concerns that I had, such as making sure the car was detailed prior to delivery, working with me on the deal and ultimately taking care of my needs as a buyer over 1000 miles away. The Hummer had a few additional issues like a bad battery and a cracked tail light that they took care of immediately. I cant say enough good things about my buying experience with Joseph at Bobby Ford and for that, they get 5 stars. Thank you, Joseph and the staff at Bobby Ford!

I went in on Saturday 11/26 at 4:30pm and drove out with a 2013 Ford Flex that I absolutely love!! Larry listened to everything I said and got me into the perfect car that fits my every need. From the seating, cargo space, and price! Even had the patience to entertain my kids that I brought with me. The finance department was amazing too! I had no problem with anything from start to finish. Cassy helped me out with any questions I had when it came time to sign my paperwork. She even hooked my kids up with some Christmas coloring pages. I would recommend Yaklin to anyone looking for a stress free car buying experience!

I went to this dealer today to get some information concerning a truck my husband had purchased almost 2 years ago. The salesman were so very helpful even though they knew I wasnt there to purchase anything. They went out of their way to answer or find answers to my questions concerning the towing capabilities of our truck. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. we have purchased several vehicles there over the years and have always felt treated fairly. Lastly a big thank you to Larry Peters, Joseph Lopez, Richard Pliers(sp ?} for the information and for not making me feel stupid for asking the questions.

I dont think they deserve one star but had to give them one in order to write a review. I took my 2015 fusion in for an oil change, made an appointment for 11 am. didnt leave until 12:15. oil change is a 5 minute job. they also couldnt reset the oil light. they unplugged my battery. also sit down on my new seat with their dirty clothes! when I asked how many miles can I go on an oil change he informs me my car will tell me....my oil light still wont reset even though I keep resetting it so makes me wonder if they even changed my oil in the first place. Ill never go back there again!

I went to Bobby Ford to purchase a 2015 truck knowing I was gonna get the run around like every car dealer does but this one was different. It took us from start to finish 45 minutes to get it all done which was a blessing for me and my wife. The thing that took the longest was me picking out what color I wanted. But Joseph Lopez made it all easy for us, made us feel like we were part of the family. Just wanted to say thank you Joseph and all the people at Bobby Ford that made this experience great for us.... small town values with big city prices.

The service department was great. The manager was excellent and very apologetic. Not one problem in the world with them. However, I was not given the last free oil change promised but was not made aware that it would be voided after so long. I do not make many miles a year (have 19,000 on a 2014 model) and a free oil change IS a free oil change. Should not matter how many days it was since the last one. We have always purchased NEW from Bobby Ford/Yaklin but my husband was so aggravated about this that he says we will not make another. We will see.

I purchased a 2013 F250 from Bobby Ford Sept. of 2013. My salesman was Mike Mrosko (Might be spelling his last name wrong) and it was a very pleasant experience. I purchase about 10-20 fleet vehicles a year for work, and honestly get tired of the games some dealerships tend to play. Naturally, I was prepared to face the same games when buying my personal vehicle...in fact I was dreading it...but Mike was the most straight forward salesman Ive ever dealt with. He was honest and fair, leaving nothing about the deal hidden.
