I really want to like this place, I did my research and saw this place had great reviews when I looked for them online. Thinking I was getting a good vehicle, a 2002 Dodge Durango for a great price I snatched it up. When I get it there were some minor issues to deal with that comes with owning an older suv but nothing horrible nor catastrophically wrong. I deal with it because of all the good reviews I saw about the SUV. So not even a month and a half later and the thing is broken, the transmission is just completely went up and died on me. I am giving them two stars and that is being generous because the sales person was nice and gave me a deal and was very congenial. Yet, it doesnt take away from the fact that the vehicle I got was just absolutely horrid. I just completely wasted my hard earned money on a complete piece of junk, and I cant do anything with it because they still havent sent me the title. ::edit:: I completely take back the part of the person who sold me the car being congenial. Do not come here at all. These people will try to blame you for buying the car from them because all used cars are prone to breaking down. I have put a lot of money into fixing this and now that the transmission is gone I have a completely useless car that I cannot afford to fix. I will be making an official complaint about this place to the proper authorities. Transmissions do not just go out over night, that is an issue that takes time to deteriorate. I think that they had knowledge of the problem and sold me the SUV anyways. And still the person tells me that they dont have anything done with the title. :: 11/11/2014:: So I call today to get my vehicle taken away because they finally decide to send my information in. Not only does the information on the title wrong when I call the wrecking service up it lists the title as not being clear. After some back and forth with the wrecking company I finally get it fixed. This place is just a completely unprofessional. It is rediculous how they treat people and how they conduct business. Do not come here, you have been warned.

Think twice before you shop hereThis place is full of frauds I got a 2013 car from here and fixed all of the problems on it and add over 2000$ dollars in features...... then I take the car to show him hes like man everyone asking about this car I had a strong feeling that he wanted a reason to get the car back. Mind you I had never been late on a payment so exactly 5 days after my 4th payment I walked out of my job to find that my car wasnt there I called the police and I call the car lot after he tells me he picked the car up because my insurance expired and if I want the car back that I have to pay 2400$

I purchased a 2 door 2008 Honda accord for my daughter. My daughters 2003 Honda accord broke down and with the help of Big Cs auto sales I was able to upgrade the year on her car and get her riding again within two days. They did not stick me with a long drawn out payment schedule but allowed me to pay the car off really quick with increased payments. I would recommend this car lot to anyone that does not have dealership type credit but needs a good car. I brought the car and sent her back to school in the car on the highway the same day and we have had no problems with the car.

Big C Auto Sales was really helpful in helping me get a car. I heard about them from a friend who purchased a vehicle from them in the past and was friends with the owners family from church. My credit score wasnt very good at the time but they were kind enough to finance me with favorable terms. After purchasing the vehicle I was laid off from work, causing me to be late on payments. They continued to work with me because of my situation. I love a company that treats me like an actual person. Theyre good people at Big C and I recommend them if you want a solid used vehicle.

Big C. Auto has been hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased two vehicles and was treated like a customer should be treated not like a commission..I purchased dependable, reliable vehicles at prices no one can beat..I tell everyone I know about Big C and I will continue to purchase every vehicle I but from now on from them..as a matter of fact if they dont have what your looking for hey can find it.

I test drove a vehicle from Big C(crap) auto sales and broke down on Spencer hwy. I called them and they send ONE guy to pick my family and I up. Yes, they had me drive the broken down car being pulled by a rope back to the car lot. Give me a break! Then they called me a couple days later and told me if Id come back I could pick any car on their lot. Hahaha thanks but no thanks.

My experience at Big C Auto sale has been amazing and a Blessing! I have bought 3 amazing cars with them within the past 6 years and never had any issues with any of my cars. The cars have lasted.. Every dealership I went to would give the run around until I finally found big c auto sales, they made it so easy I was super surprised and on top of that their vehicles are great.
