I like this store! The service is friendly and cheerful! Keep up the good work! I do get a bit concerned about a certain woman who arrives on Mondays and loads up carts-- this week she had two carts of stuff that she was pushing around. I decided that she must be cherrypicking the sale items and so it would be fruitless to shop this store unless I came earlier than she does. Seems like Goodwill should put in place a policy that limits this type of shopper-- maybe allow only one cart, at least? Her two carts were piled HIGH! When I called the store to register my dismay, they knew exactly who I was talking about, but said that their hands are tied. Apparently I am not the only person who has this opinion... Sounds like corporate needs to address this...?

New (to me) location. Snotty people these days. No closing soon announcements, etc. Guy comes up, "Weve been CLOSED for 15 min". Im all, "Oh, Im sorry, I didnt knw your hrs, didnt knw you were closed. So, Im trying to grab a tote bag, and head to front, reason I went in there. He keeps repeating, scolding, I need you to to go check out, were closed, etc. (Um, yeah, I heard you, and Im going, grease-ball). Big gal at front, same snotty, scolding attitude. "Helena home-town friendly", no more :-( Nvr encountered such rude staff at any Goodwill, even inner cities CA, IL, MI, etc. High prices for donated, used items. Buh, bye.

The new store while nice...i believe they have raised their prices on absolutely everything. Some things are so expensive its cheaper to go buy them new or elsewhere.. also If I wanted cheap plastic, I would go to the dollar store pay 1$ not the 3.99 they want.

There is a few people that make it worth the time going in there ....and then there is the few with attitudes .... there remind me of the hurry up and buy Asian lady convenient store owner ....!!! Over all its a great store very affordable!!!

MONTANA GUIDE -

Goodwill has moved! And this newly built building and brand new stock makes this the best second hand store in Helena! Before they moved they sold ALL of their old stock so this is 100% new stock for the nice new building!
