We went to find a bike, but they no longer have them. I did end up getting a couple of swimsuits that were $20 a piece, but were originally $35 and "on sale" like every other item I looked at. Lucky me, finding a pair of $20 swim trunks for $20 at Shopko. (But they were marked down from $35, so I could have purchased the same shorts at another store for $20. Imagine paying full-price for your clothes! Im appalled. I got the bargain instead. Reminds me of the scene in Spinal Tap in which they discuss the amp that goes to 11. Thats one more than the others. I recognize the manipulation, so instead of celebrating my new swimsuits, I just feel, well, manipulated...

The opticians are always cool and ready to fix your glasses. The one gal got online and figured out how to get me new lenses through warranty without me asking her to. I figured the warranty was expired but she was happy to tell me that...BAM you get new lenses bro. Thank you. the rest of the store is ok clothing section is good electronics is good hardware and auto motive is not really that good and prices are higher than mal-wart but I hate mal-wart so yea shopko is a good choice for shopping

Almost always still has inventory on sale items during a normal week, aka not the holiday season. Local staff is friendly, knowledgeable and customer friendly. Store may not be the cleanest, but Ive seen way worse in the "box store" universe. Ive only tried it once, but the online to store worked perfectly. All in all, a welcome addition to megalomart, here in our small isolated town.

TLC Malone

One of the nicest stores in Helena. It has spacious isles; clean and organized with great prices. The only thing it could use is extra help to actually help customers. I was there 30 minutes and couldnt find anyone to ask for help. That is the only reason I didnt make it 5 stars.

We came over as a Christmas present was ordered online and when we came to pick up the order the item did not fit the description or the picture now I do not know law to well but that seems like false advertisement.

I came in and asked to exchange a product that I bought for $50. The price whet up $80 and they wouldnt let me exchange because the price went up. I would rate it a zero star if I could

When Ive compared prices, Shopko typically inflates the original price and puts it in sale so its not much of a deal. There tends to be few checkers working and long lines if its busy.

Womens Bathroom needs some serious cleaning in the corners with a toothbrush. I dont think I have ever seen the store look more run down and dirty overall. Was so disappointed.

Good variety of merchadise. Displays and store organization very good. Store clean. The girl in the jewelry Dept with the head scarf was not friendly or helpful at all.
